A two bedroom flat. I was single and bought it when I was 5 months pregnant. It was perfect for me and my little DD and even though we live in a house now with DP, I really miss the little flat sometimes!

Two bed end of terrace. Tiny courtyard garden.

The biggest issue was parking was on street and sometimes a challenge to find a space. Walking from two streets away with handbag, change bag, baby in car seat and food shopping required me to be part octopus....

CaptainSeven · 04/06/2023 18:39

One bed top floor flat (no lift) and top was only second floor!

We moved when that baby was 7 months old to a 3 bed semi.

I had SPD and was struggling with the stairs.

Viewfrommyhouse · 04/06/2023 18:43

300sqm 3 bed house. It was ridiculously big. I was glad when we moved to a smaller 3 bed.

mindutopia · 04/06/2023 18:45

3 bed cottage but it was old and drafty as hell. We had to sleep with electric heaters on in bedroom in the winter as the wind literally blew through the windows.

BrieAndChilli · 04/06/2023 18:49

2006 - large 2 bed maisonette
2009 - moved to a 3 bed semi after having 2nd child.
2021 - moved to a 4 bed semi with 3 now teenagers

sugarcaneshard · 04/06/2023 18:50

Tiny <1000 sq ft but with tiny rooms and a narrow hallway as well, in a semi D house. Hated being squashed into a tiny house.

sugarcaneshard · 04/06/2023 18:50

2013

DoAsDreamersDo · 04/06/2023 18:52

3 bed semi in 2018. It’s now a 4 bed semi and the old nursery is now my office.
