A tiny 2 up 2 down cluster home (back to back with another so no garden). We had a little bit of front garden I would put a paddling pool up in for my little girl, stayed there until she was 2.5 then moved when I was pregnant with my second

4 bed semi, South West

Six bed detached1999. Outskirts of a beautiful village. Many decades ago when ExH was earning a lot.
Times have changed things greatly.

4 bed.

We have a 4 bed detached (midlands) but we are older first time parents (aged 40). I've owned a home since aged 23.

3 bed semi that came with DH’s job. 2012. Moved in 8 months pregnant…they’d suggested a date a month later but when DH told them my due date his work rearranged the order they were moving people!

3 bed detached of our own when DS2 was born. 2016.

3 bed terrace with a tiny garden

We lived in a 2 bed flat, 2011. In 2013 we moved to a 4 bed terrace (which needed serious modernisation and we are still working on nearly 10 years later)!

One bed terrace, moved to a 2 bed flat when DC was one

We moved to (now ex)H's GM's 4bed bungalow after his mum moved out. GM lived in the annexe.

One bedroom flat (though was just one up one down rather than a block of flats, so we had our own garden)

4 bed detached bought in 2018.

Three bed terrace in a lovely quiet street with a tiny, (but big enough for us) garden. Happy days.

3 bed terrace, bought in 1992.

Baby arrived in 1997 when I was 36.

2 bed prefab on a construction camp in the Middle East.

4 bed semi

Rented two bed flat, 1970s. We were mid twenties and pretty broke, but we were (mostly) happy.

Tiny 2 bed terrace with a little garden. Bought in 2010, ds came along in 2013 and we are still here.

Oh, and roughly 75 sqm in terms of size. No garage, outbuildings etc and a tiny loft.

3 bed semi detached house. We'd bought it in 2014 and DD1 was born in 2017. The third bedroom was a tiny box room so was a study as DH and I both worked from home. When DD2 was born we stayed there for a while and DDs shared a bedroom then we moved to a 4 bed in 2021. We could easily have stayed there if we'd needed or wanted to though.

2 bed semi. Bought 2000, dd born 2005.

3 bed semi. Bought 2018, first baby 2020. Up north

3 bed semi and we had our DD in April this year

3 bed terraced house then converted the loft for another bedroom and bathroom when no.2 arrived.

One bedroom flat. It was in a Victorian tenement though so the rooms were big and we were able to fit a cot and extra chest of drawers into our bedroom. When we moved into a three bedroom house our furniture almost filled the new house. All we really needed to fill it was one new bed!
