Cooked breakfast - what’s in yours?

We have guests for the bank holiday weekend so DH popped to the butchers for sausages, bacon, black pudding, haggis and eggs. I was planning to do mushrooms, hash browns, beans, potato scones and toast too. I am a put everything on the table and help yourself kind of host so whatever combination of the above is upto the individual.

However, a debate has began amongst us all - does a tomato belong on a cooked breakfast?

Now I really want the full works!
Bacon
Sausages
Fried or scrambled eggs depending on mood but I am VERY particular about fried egg white!
Mushrooms
Hash browns but actually loved that someone put fried potatoes. They always seem like such a treat!
Fried bread
Toast
Beans in a ramekin
Definitely tomatoes ( grilled or fried)
Black pepper
A good dollop of HP

If someone offered me tinned tomatoes on an English breakfast I’d assume they’d lost their fucking mind, this thread is wild.

Absolutely here for avocado, mind – I like a forrin twist to a full English, with plantain or roti or jalapeños depending on my mood. My housemate used to make Mexibreakfast, with elements of English breakfast and Mexican:

Grilled on-the-vine cherry tomatoes
Scrambled eggs
Avocado
Spicy black beans
Fried strips of corn tortilla
Fried potatoes
Sausages
Bacon
Pico de gallo
Hot sauce

Strong coffee, grapefruit juice, and pain au chocolat on the side – eclectic!

My mouth is watering and I want to stay at your house op, you sound like a fantastic host.
In our house, tomato is always served and is always pushed to the side of the plate and discarded by all but my husband, who then hoovers up everyone else's.
Beans are delicious but should never touch eggs because that makes a slimy mess. You have to make a toast barrier between the two.
Bacon, fried eggs and fried potatoes is the best. My grandpa used to make this for me when I was a little girl.
I'm very disturbed by the thought of spinach on a cooked breakfast. Anyone doing this needs to take a serious look at themselves!

No @Eomt! The spinach is great!! Cooked, obviously. Goes really well with the toast and eggs, and makes the whole plate look fresher!
