Mine is Coke Zero. I just fucking love it. Only one a day, rarely 2. I have tried to quite by not having any in the house but then I just end up at the corner shop and paying even more for it!

Oh god, zero coke is totally vile and tastes like chemicals! But I do like original coke and feel that's it the only thing that satiates my thirst...especially with a hangover!
have a predeliction for cheesy wotsits, don't know why as they start getting on my nerves half way through!

It's funny, I used to love original cola, now it does nothing for me. Diet coke is just nasty. Pepsi, don't get me started on how pointless it is. But coke zero ? I can't get enough of the stuff

GettingStuffed · 24/05/2023 21:08

Sugar free blackcurrant and licorice sweets. Too many act as a laxative, you'd have thought I'd have learnt by now, but no, stomach cramps and an hour on the bog. It's odd as these are the only ones that do it unless I eat shed loads

Maraudingmarauders · 24/05/2023 21:11

Hot chocolate. Specifically from high street shops. Costs me a bloody fortune and is just wasted calories...but I love them.
Since becoming pregnant, definitely fizzy drinks. Rarely had them before!

BakewellGin1 · 24/05/2023 21:12

An ice cold sugar free red bull each morning on the drive to work...
Currently the new summer edition blue one...

Once in a while I allow myself a full sugar green can just because it hits differently.

Fillyfrog · 24/05/2023 21:15

Red bull 😭 I have about one a week. But I could have them every day!

Ok there are a LOT of us here saying coke zero/diet coke/pepsi max etc. I mean, how bad are they for you? I hate myself for having one a day (at least!) but can't stop. I am worried mainly about my teeth....

Certain there was a MN thread a couple of years ago with a group of Pepsi Max/Coke/Diet coke addicts supporting each other to give it up.

will try and find it

Jaffa cakes. I eat them with a cup of tea, they're so soft and comforting, but I'm eating two packs a day, that's 48 Jaffa cakes.

Every single day.

I am morbidly obese, and can barely walk, but I just can't stop eating. Two years ago I lost over ten stones in weight, but it's all back on and some.

Still, I'll have more Jaffa cakes tomorrow. I'm slowly committing suicide by food. Sorry.

Didn’t want to read this and not respond. You sound like you’re feeling really sad and not enjoying this “secret” like a lot of the other posters myself included on here seem to be. You must be going through a lot, hugs to you. 💐

Meanwhile, I am here to say two avocados a week is not in the spirit of the thread! That’s bloody well good for you! 😁

Bs0u416d · 24/05/2023 21:35

Wine and cheese. Also I CANNOT have nutella in the house because I will spoon feed myself intil I'm nausious.

Bookist · 24/05/2023 21:39

Ben & Jerry's Phish Food. A whole tub all to myself once or twice a week. I simply cannot have Nutella in the house. If it's in the house it will very shortly all be in my stomach. Luckily the rest of the time I mainly eat very healthily so I'm not the size of a house.

Crisps especially Smokey bacon. Trying to wean myself off but now I’m buying crackers Ritz etc their probably worse.

I bought smokey bacon Pringles in Aldi the other day - delicious!

porridgeisbae · 25/05/2023 00:01

If I have B&J it must be Chocolate Fudge Brownie.

@JosephFrancis Did you try 'Nosecco?' (I don't know how much it resembled Prosecco, think I tried it and wasn't impressed.) There are one or two other imitations, too.

Mumtobabyhavoc · 25/05/2023 06:07

@Bs0u416d then you must try the pistachio version. You won't look back! 😋😋😋

Lotus biscoff spread. Im not allowed it in the house as I eat it out of the jar with my hand like a bear in a pot of honey.

Yes! It’s unbelievable. I don’t really like pancakes much but will make them just to spread this all over them. And then crumble a biscoff biscuit over the top

Ameanstreakamilewide · 25/05/2023 17:07

But exercise isn't bad for you.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 25/05/2023 17:10

M&S cheese and onion sandwiches and those cold Starbucks lattes.

GeriKellmansUpdo · 25/05/2023 17:12

White rice.

Chocolate - I actually can't live without it
Also butter, especially salted
