What is something you do/eat/drink that you know is bad for you but can't stop?

Mine is Coke Zero. I just fucking love it. Only one a day, rarely 2. I have tried to quite by not having any in the house but then I just end up at the corner shop and paying even more for it!

My Hazy Jane beer - I love it, it's citrusy, thirst-quenching and tangy and makes me feel a little warm fuzzy. One is not enough, two is too many.
I basically have to limit myself to alternate days and drink cordial on the other days. I'm actually quite healthy apart from this - oh actually black pepper crisps - I love those too. Apart from the beer and crisps, I'm really healthy 😂

Crisps especially Smokey bacon. Trying to wean myself off but now I’m buying crackers Ritz etc their probably worse.

Cookie dough- or too many carbs in general. There's nothing wrong with carbs but I know quite a lot about nutrition and a lot of my calories a day can end up being carbs and leave no room for a basic protein requirement. It was getting like some days I only had 18g protein or something. It actually made me quite ill- if I tried to exercise I got immediate lactic acid feelings etc. So now I plan to eat all my protein requirement early in the day so at least I get my basic amount. (I know people believe you can't do this and that you can only absorb 25-30g, but you can, it just takes longer to absorb.)

I smoked on an off for 25-30 years - gave up 10 years ago and switched to vaping, but I too vape much more than I used to smoke. I use the small starter types that don't give off the big clouds, so vape at work too (I have my own office). I panic if I lose and search frantically - it's bad 🙁

I keep losing weight, and then put it all back on & more. I comfort eat. So, I eat too many sweets, chocolates, cakes, crisps etc. As for drink, I love a Diet Coke or coffee. Think I have too much caffeine sometimes.

A real weakness is Milano salami,
Comte or gruyere cheese - I really try to limit myself now and try to go weeks/ months without touching it.

I used to love Coca-Cola but gave that up years ago

I also drink way to much cafetiere coffee, coffee, it doesn’t keep me awake but I seem to supplement it for food so if I feel hungry I reach for another coffee.

Plus I don't really drink alcohol (a few drinks a year) and am lower end of healthy BMI...

It WAS Prosecco. I get fixated on flavours and if I could have found a non alcoholic version it would have been my daily drink for a while. But no. And now I have decided not to drink it all year because I want to prove that I don't need it. I scared myself a little bit with feeling like I craved it and I couldn't work out if it was alcohol or taste. So I've not drunk any alcohol since NYE and found it no problem at all, so quite sure it was the flavour!

That cadburys popping Candy chocolate. I can't have it in the house. I have no discipline.

2-3 diet cokes each day, 4-6 coffees. Had to cut down coffees to 1 per day during pregnancy and BFing, now I'm not BFing I'm back to this bad habit. But my teeth and body are healthy as ever so I have no incentive to stop!

Coke, and I’m also bit of a cake fiend (only certain ones.. I go through phases, then get fed up and change types🙄)
At the moment it’s anything fruit cakey… this follows on from a serious lemon cake phase.

Jaffa cakes. I eat them with a cup of tea, they're so soft and comforting, but I'm eating two packs a day, that's 48 Jaffa cakes.

Every single day.

I am morbidly obese, and can barely walk, but I just can't stop eating. Two years ago I lost over ten stones in weight, but it's all back on and some.

Still, I'll have more Jaffa cakes tomorrow. I'm slowly committing suicide by food. Sorry.
