What is something you do/eat/drink that you know is bad for you but can't stop?

Mine is Coke Zero. I just fucking love it. Only one a day, rarely 2. I have tried to quite by not having any in the house but then I just end up at the corner shop and paying even more for it!

Chocolate - high quality dark stuff too. "Only need a few squares" - ha, 90g bar gone!

But 90g is only 3 ounces.

Maddy70 · 24/05/2023 16:00

Cheese and wine way too much but it's so lovely

stayathomer · 24/05/2023 16:03

Coke here to- my pick me up when I’m running about and need something to stop me keeling over!!

Hottoffeesauce · 24/05/2023 16:07

Anything chocolate - my absolute downfall! And I cannot resist Nutella - straight from the jar with a long handled teaspoon! I've stopped buying the 1kg jars at least! I don't drink or smoke but chocolate is my addiction ☹️

MrsE · 24/05/2023 16:20

Caffeine free diet coke, red wine and McDonalds double sausage muffin with extra cheese

Itsagrandoldteam · 24/05/2023 16:20

Pepsi max, cherry or raspberry. I'm addicted to the stuff, and I drink much more than 1 can a day.

InSpainTheRain · 24/05/2023 16:22

Cadbury's Dairy Milk.

RaisinsAreTheWorkOfTheDevil · 24/05/2023 16:23

Crisps and biscuits every day and sugar in my cups of tea. Crisps are by far my biggest weakness though.

MoggyMittens23 · 24/05/2023 16:23

Ok there are a LOT of us here saying coke zero/diet coke/pepsi max etc. I mean, how bad are they for you? I hate myself for having one a day (at least!) but can't stop. I am worried mainly about my teeth....

I have a weakness for KFC. I know it's absolute rubbish and I just don't think about what's in it. I don't have them anywhere near as often as I used to but still every other month.
I also have a weakness for the bite size brownies from morrisons. That's at least a once a month treat.
Really though, I just love food. I love it more than I want to be skinny, so I'm not 😂

Just about any really, I mix it up. Love Pringles. I also love Smokey Bacon crisps but you don't see them very often now.

I can never totally give up Diet Coke either, I rarely drink alcohol so tend to drink it when I go out, it quenches my thirst like nothing else on a hot day. But I do stick to about one a week so not too bad.

Ooh yes smokey bacon. Good point about not seeing them much anymore! I love walkers worcestershire sauce. My mouth is watering right now.

You can't go wrong with Pringles!

That's the thing, you just have to not think about what's in it or what it's doing to you 😂

The three Cs.

Chocolate - Hotel Chocolat preferably
Cheese - Danish Blue on Hovis Digestives. Doesn't last a day.
Crisps - ready salted

Sigh - and then I wonder why I'm not a size 10 😀

Florissante · 24/05/2023 16:34

Pepsi Max.

hangs head in shame

Nomorebloodsplease · 24/05/2023 16:37

Sweet sour pork Cantonese style, palek panner, sweet chilli beef. Keema rice poppadums and dips!!!! Cold big macs!

Judydoes2 · 24/05/2023 16:37

Prosecco!
Wine.

Decaff coffee with chemical-laden low carb dairy free creamer that costs £15 a tub (RIDICK!)
Home-made high carb flatbreads/carbs, salty sugary and just 'goo and glue' as Gillian McKeith would say.

In fairness I do eat healthily most of the time!

squidgybits · 24/05/2023 16:38

Dark chocolate digestives 😋

Reusable · 24/05/2023 16:45

Pizza & chocolate. I eat pretty healthy foods most of the time but those 2 delicious things are my weakness. It’s also most likely why I’m not shifting this baby weight as fast as I’d like 🤔

@Reusable how old is the baby? Because mine are tweens and I still haven't shifted it!
