Mine is Coke Zero. I just fucking love it. Only one a day, rarely 2. I have tried to quite by not having any in the house but then I just end up at the corner shop and paying even more for it!

Coke and crisps.

orangeclubsarebest · 24/05/2023 12:58

Chew ice. I know I shouldn't but I can't stop. Yes I have had my iron checked and it's low. I take tablets. But now chewing ice is a habit/addiction.

Dedodee · 24/05/2023 12:59

Roasted peanuts. They give me stomach ache and mouth ulcers.
I stop for a week and then I buy them again.

DeadButDelicious · 24/05/2023 12:59

Marshmallows. Can't have them in the house. Once that bag is opened it's game over. 😂

CallieQ · 24/05/2023 13:00

Choc choc choccy!

ILookAtTheFloor · 24/05/2023 13:00

Yes mine is Diet Coke. My diet is generally excellent and I care a lot about my gut health but I just can't kick the habit. I have a can a day, I've tried just drinking it at the weekend and kept that up for a while, but it's snuck back in.

It's my one vice as I don't drink alcohol etc.

KnittedCardi · 24/05/2023 13:01

I combine pps loves of cheese and crisos, as mine is Waitrose Cheesy Puffs. No other cheesy puff will do. Wotsits, are horrible. But there is definitely something addictive about the Waitrose ones.

What's bad about ice?

Vaping, Diet Coke, chocolate + sweets. Rheumatoid arthritis runs in my family, im only early 30s and my joints already feel like shit so I’m gonna have to give these up sometime soon.

NoraLuka · 24/05/2023 13:01

Cigarettes. I vape too so don’t smoke as much but I can’t manage to quit completely although I did when I was pregnant and when the DC were little.

itdoesnt · 24/05/2023 13:02

Lollies, biscuits, chocolate. I try not to have it in the house. I'll buy 'crap' biscuits with the idea that if they're not delicious I'll only eat one a day. I do, in fact, eat more than one.

hairyunicorn · 24/05/2023 13:02

Full fat Coke is my downfall. I drink about 4 a day

YoucancallmeKAREN · 24/05/2023 13:05

Cheese, crisps and coke zero.

Oh where to start

Ramen noodles
Rubicon fizzy drinks
Iced lattes

Rubicon fizzy Guava 😍

MrMucker · 24/05/2023 13:11

Salad Cream. By the spoonful, loads of spoonfuls, occasionally a full bottle . at a time
I've worried about this many times. I don't know anyone else who eats it like it was yoghurt.
But still do it.
3 to 5 bottles per week.

orangeclubsarebest · 24/05/2023 13:12

@CallieQ it's terrible for your teeth. Constantly crunching on something really hard, and it makes my teeth hurt sometimes so I know I shouldn't do it.

JustDanceAddict · 24/05/2023 13:15

I’d say it was Diet Coke but then I got acid reflux so that’s finished now 😞

Fooksticks · 24/05/2023 13:15

Butter. Like an inch thick on cold toast. It's my absolute comfort food.

Lurknessmomstar · 24/05/2023 13:18

@Thisistheendof yes, my favorite one 😆

overitunderit · 24/05/2023 13:18

Wine

Catspyjamas17 · 24/05/2023 13:20

Bacon, sausages, sausage rolls, pork pies. I try to keep them to a minimum though.

Jules912 · 24/05/2023 13:20

Crisps, especially salt and vinegar pringles. I have to avoid having any in the house or they'll be gone in minutes.

Discwriter · 24/05/2023 13:22

Ready salted crisps. Just thinking about it makes me want to go and buy some.

I came on to say this. Thick Lurpak on toast. Really thick.

My 17 year old ds walked into the kitchen the other day and was mortified he caught me eating dairylea straight out the tub with a spoon.
