Mine is Coke Zero. I just fucking love it. Only one a day, rarely 2. I have tried to quite by not having any in the house but then I just end up at the corner shop and paying even more for it!

@Lastqueenofscotland2 I'm in awe!
Full fat coke is my weakness. I don't really drink anything other than water so a coke is my guilty pleasure. I used to only have a can on a Sunday, but then it became a terrible habit of a can almost everyday day. I'm really trying to cut back and managed to only drink it at the weekend last week, I'm hoping I can keep it up.

Potatomash · 24/05/2023 13:28

Eating too much chocolate....if it was a diet food I'd be much more successful at losing weight lol

Ilovebountybars · 24/05/2023 13:28

Chocolate

Peridot1 · 24/05/2023 13:32

Wine. Occasionally manage to cut back. But not often .

Changeychang · 24/05/2023 13:36

Another can of coke a day person here. Most days it is one, on a really bad day it could be up to three. I just can't kick it even though I'm aware it must be awful for my health.

Queengrimsby · 24/05/2023 13:41

I can't stop having fizzy drinks and popcorn, I used to smoke and love going to the cinema but can't afford to as much anymore, so as bad as it is, it is to keep me going mentally through the day and also when i watch a movie at home it is cheaper cinema lol

stbrandonsboat · 24/05/2023 13:42

I like flumps, rainbow rice and haribos. I have to try really hard not to eat sweets 😬

Fibonacci13 · 24/05/2023 13:47

I can't stand chocolate but would eat a whole wheel of Camembert given half the chance

Could eat my weight in Haribo, especially the sour cherries

I love nuts but not in moderation

Ice cream - particularly pistachio or any other nut flavour

I don't buy any of the above because if it's in the house, it's only seconds away from being in my stomach

Oh where to start

Ramen noodles
Rubicon fizzy drinks
Iced lattes

What's wrong with Ramen?!

YouAndMeAndThem · 24/05/2023 13:50

Mine is crisps, and no 'low calorie alternative' will do! I could easily eat a sharing bag a day without even thinking about it, but I limit myself to one a week!

Also, bacon. I love bacon!

dwightschrutebeets · 24/05/2023 13:51

Diet Coke

ThePoshUns · 24/05/2023 14:02

Sour fizzy sweets. I can't have them in the house as can hoover up a whole bag in no time

Creamcrackersandricecakes · 24/05/2023 14:03

Just crap in general unfortunately. Fast food - love a McDonald's or a chippy supper.
Chocolate
Full sugar Coke
Sweets, (any kind, I'm not fussy)
Crisps and rice crackers, I'm currently inhaling a large bag of sweet and salty Popworks, God, they are delicious
Sugary cereals
Crispy bacon

Fortunately for me I have good metabolism and am a size 10-12. I also do at least 15,000 steps a day which helps. I also try to have loads of veg with my evening meal and I don't drink alcohol. I do sometimes wonder however if my IBS would clear up if I didn't eat so much rubbish...
Having said that, I've had several family members and friends who lived super healthy lifestyles, denied themselves treats and exercised like maniacs - sadly it didn't stop them succumbing to various horrible cancers in their 40's and 50's. Sad

GoodQuestion01 · 24/05/2023 14:05

Butter and fresh cream. When I ran out of fresh cream the other day I felt slightly on edge about having none in the fridge.

AtlasSeven · 24/05/2023 14:08

Pepsi Max and crisps.

Snoofox02 · 24/05/2023 14:09

brownie batter, specifically the packet ones where you just add oil and egg

MrsMiddleMother · 24/05/2023 14:16

A Red bull every day

SoftCoeur · 24/05/2023 14:17

Crisps for me. It's a thing I've done practically all my life. I eat them in the evening watching TV. It's so ingrained now I feel deprived at the thought of not having any. It's like it signifies "day done, relax".

Anything else I can easily resist. I don't eat bread, cake, biscuits, pies, pastries etc as gluten-free and the GF alternatives aren't worth the calories and additives. I don't like sweets. I like chocolate but I'm fussy about it so won't eat just anything, and can easily not have it for a while. I never have fizzy drinks as prefer water.

But CRISPS, my God, they are my nemesis.

Mariposista · 24/05/2023 14:17

Exercise. I know this sounds like a weird one, but I feel guilty if I miss a workout and even plan activities around doing it. I've even worked out when ill. I don't think I have a full blown addiction but I'd like to work towards making my relationship with exercise healthier.

LittleMG · 24/05/2023 14:18

Sudafed nose spray and vick vapour rub

Newestname002 · 24/05/2023 14:18

Double chocolate muffins. This has only happened relatively recently but it's a shocking amount of sugar so I'll have to go cold turkey and not have them in the house again. 🌹

TooBigForMyBoots · 24/05/2023 14:19

I'm another one with a Coke problem. Full fat and from a can.

coxesorangepippin · 24/05/2023 14:20

Coffee

Whowhatwherewhenwhy1 · 24/05/2023 14:24

BritInAus · 24/05/2023 12:35

Biscuits. I could easily eat a packet with a cup of tea.

Ginger crunch creams and a cup of tea.

Lairymary · 24/05/2023 14:35

Croissants. If I know they are in the house and ready to eat, I can't stop myself, even if I'm not remotely hungry.
