You said earlier 'dishonest and incompetent' with no attempt to substantiate these very serious allegations. As you also objected to the Gospel choir's performance I'm getting an uneasy feeling about your motives.

tbh @HamptonCaught you sound racist.

What a relief for them when this is all successfully over. (Apart from for the Wales who have this all to come).

I know, if Kate outlives William she'll have 3 of these to do. Today's as wife of the heir, one as queen, and one as queen mother.

spottybug · 06/05/2023 14:33

Does he get a big cake?

The pattern on Camilla's dress and the cape make her look like she's wearing a backpack

Yes Bruce Oldfield is losing his touch. Her dress was 3 inches too long. Glad she didn’t trip!

Lostinplaces · 06/05/2023 14:33

My DH was lining the route at St James place. Watch the whole thing and didn’t catch a glimpse of him unfortunately.

Crowd doesn't look that big

It looks pretty big to me - it’s stretching all the way down the Mall

Spottycarousel · 06/05/2023 14:34

Absolutely incredible so moved

FastAndLast · 06/05/2023 14:34

Watching Camilla in that crown is making my neck ache.

MidgeHardcastle · 06/05/2023 14:34

The crowd has been limited, roads closed off when agreed capacity reached

Ah that's a good idea

Are you looking at the same crowd as me? The Mall is completely packed!

Very surprised that the BBC have the dishonest and incompetent David Olusoga as a commentator.

How is he dishonest and incompetent? Charles awarded him an OBE, his research has focussed on the history of slavery and later migration to Britain. His family home was attacked by the National Front - he has dedicated his professional life to honest (and competent!) public history.

Wow! I bet you’re looking forward to hearing first hand about the whole thing.

Earl of Wessex still didn’t smile.

PermanentTemporary · 06/05/2023 14:36

Right I hope they're getting the crowns off again (they've surely only been on while in sight) and into slippers and a disco nap.

Thanks for your company all 👋

Asking the important questions here

I want to know if someone's made a big massive cake. Like a wedding cake. I think nadia from bake off made one for the queen once.

AutumnCrow · 06/05/2023 14:36

HamptonCaught · 06/05/2023 14:25

I suppose you’re right. Olusoga's "research" has been helpful in removing any guilt associated with Britain's colonial history. He points out that many Roman soldiers, that invaded, raped, pillaged, exploited and colonised the British Isles were African. And they stayed for much longer than the British in Africa! It is significant that Europeans that went to Africa were, actually returning to their ancestral homelands (all human life originated in Africa) in search of a better life.

Erm, no.

Yes me too. The only people who couldn't look up at the planes... Get this thing off my head they shout as they get back in off the balcony.

Crazy8 · 06/05/2023 14:36

Who’s the guy who kept popping his head out behind KC and C?

He is an absolute legend

BanditsOnTheHorizon · 06/05/2023 14:37

KC looks so much happier now, he almost looked like he was enjoying it a moment ago
