Or whatever you call the sweet thing you have after your evening meal.

I've just decided that mine is creme brulee. I absolutely love it more than anything else.
Close second would be homemade trifle (pref. no jelly), or a really good tiramisu. I am also partial to Eton mess and chocolate mousse. But creme brulee wins every time.

What's yours?

Eton mess or mango and passion fruit pavlova in summer. Sticky toffee pudding or apple and blackberry crumble in winter. Or pecan pie with ice cream.

oooh... I love puddings! Depending on my mood, any one of the below
apple and pear crumble (with lots of crumble) served with just melting really good quality vanilla ice cream or custard (or two portions - one with each!)
tiramisu - really boozy
sticky toffee pudding with just melting really good quality vanilla ice cream
self-saucing chocolate pudding with fresh raspberries and the just melting ice cream above (it has to be just melting!)
rich chocolate tart with a biscuit base with raspberry coulis
I am also quite partial to spotted dick with custard on a really chilly winter's day.

Tiramisu but only if I make it. It is low sugar, no booze so not traditional but just right for us!

Caramac cheesecake 😋

Anything with sharp fruit - spiced plums and barbados cream, blackberry crumble, gooseberry fool, sumner pudding..

Also gelato

Oooo, I remember having warm honeyed fresh figs with a thick creamy vanilla custard in Italy on honeymoon... never seen it anywhere else, but yummmm.

Floating islands I absolutely love and have recently started making at home just for myself

Banoffee pie

Tiramisu, Panna cotta or fruit tart (apple, pear, apricot etc). I also love a chocolate pud as long as it's erved with creme fraiche rather than the usual cream or ice cream.

number 1 is vanilla cheesecake
number 2 is chocolate eclair
number 3 is Tiramisu

Anything fruity. lemon meringue pie, lemon tarte, pineapple upside down pudding, apricot spoge.

Bread and butter pudding with pouring cream.

Or gooseberry fool.

Or gooseberry crumble with pouring cream.

Or lemon meringue pie!

Trifle with no jelly?! I like a rhubarb crumble!

Yes , I love apple crumble too. Also love rhubarb crumble.

Next on my list would be a really lovely crispy and creamy pavlova topped with grated chocolate and lots of fruit (strawberries, raspberries, kiwi and grapes etc)
