What was your "first dance" song?

Newly engaged so I am over-thinking all these things at the moment...!
Me and my DP are not lovers of attention but do want to do a "first dance" at our wedding. It might sound an odd choice but I think "Fix You" by Coldplay would be great - lyrics aren't the cheeriest but it's so emotional and has the lovely climactic ending.. is this a rubbish choice? What did you have? We don't have any significant suitable songs that lend themself to the task!!

We did a first dance raffle so it ended up being "lifestyles of the rich and famous" by good Charlotte

Our song is Nothing Else Matters (original S&M version) by Metallica. The orchestral component really makes the song.

What self respecting DJ doesn't have that song at a wedding disco?? 😱

We didn't have a first dance as such but our wedding song was the Holiday Song by the Pixies -

Considering it deals with incest and masturbation, maybe not the most romantic choice 😆but going to see the Pixies together was our first real date/weekend away together.
