I bought an Amazon Alexa and I can honestly say it's saved me. My life is so much less chaotic! I have ADHD and I can..

Add things to my shopping list just by shouting them out! So I don't have to remember to write anything down, or forget what it was that I was going to write, I just say it there and then

I can ask my Alexa to play brown noise to help me sleep

I can say 'Alexa, start my day' - and she will tell me a random fact, tell me the time and the weather outside, and then put on my favourite radio station

I love her! Not an advert as I don't particularly like Amazon - never really 'same day delivery' and they put their prime costs up

I also use my omelette maker a lot. I suffer from executive functioning issues, big part of my ADHD. This means I get a half decent bit of food that's easy to make

Cloud Nine hair straighteners, the only thing that tames my unruly hair and makes it look decent.

My Apple Watch. It definitely makes me walk more and stand more. I also love tracking my sleep.

A dishwasher. It saved my marriage 🤣

I cooked a whole roast in my ninja today, practising for the family to come round for Sunday dinner. Wow! Is all I can say. Ninja is my Best Buy without a doubt!

electric cargo bike - so easy to run errands and drop kids off around the place as there's never a need to find parking

Philips Lumea laser hair removal machine. Works so well - I'm very surprised and so pleased.

A diary, my sister bought me one for Christmas 1992 for the following year and I wrote in it daily and have had one every year since. So that’s 30 years now. It’s mostly mundane every day stuff in it but is nice to look back and see what I was doing. As I write in it daily I will always see things that are coming up like appointments and birthdays as I always write them in a new diary, it’s so useful.

@Vargas, I thought I was on to a winner with the vent fixed phone holder I got for Christmas and it turns out the bl**dy thing doesn't fix the vent so they are not universal :(
