waitrose - occasional shopper - what do you buy

i always buy my loo paper there
tomato soup
used to buy their essential sausages
their bagged salads are long lasting
have recently discovered their white eggs - which are very tasty

like lidl/aldi, anyone else an occasional waitrose shopper and what do you buy, or am i alone

oooh also waitrose own brand Brandy-very smooth- for those who like a warming brandy on a cold dark winters evening.

I couldn’t reach the chunky fishfingers in the freezer cabinet this morning . I would have got a frozen baguette and poked a box down while standing on tiptoes but I have inferior fishfingers to use up before I defrost the freezer next week.

I blame this thread for the tiramisu now sitting in my fridge.

I don’t live near one but when I did I would go in specifically to buy their almond croissants, sushi and ready made pizza-I think it had olives on it?

I do my main shop at ASDA, wait rose is my nearest shop, is it’s often milk, bread and bananas as that’s what we tend to run out of mid week. They do lovely cheesy biscuits through and a nice sour dough bread.

We don't have one in travelling distance. But if we pass one on holiday we always hit their gluten free aisle, they have lovely gf bread. Also herbal teas and they have the Neat cleaning stuff often cheaper than other places.

Rainbow I always book slots in advance for every week available on the website. Once it’s booked you can make changes as much as you need, but the slot is secured.
