A woman is being sued for being disabled

Seriously the world has gone mad - a woman who is disabled is being sued by her air B and B guests for triggering them.

Is there any proof of this on the tiktoks, I don't have the app and the Yt video offers none.

She references reading back through the bot messages on airbnb and it asking for her iq, you'd show that surely, as it seems so wildly unlikely it would ask that, you'd want to show it surely? Along with various other bits of proof when you're asking people to sign a petition about it.

There only appears to be one source for this story. One source. It needs verifying. Maybe her lawyers could comment?

Amazing the telephone whispers going on... they're suing her for 250k, or is it 350k or 450k, they're definitely Americans funded by far right Christians, AirBnB continue to ask her more and more intrusive questions (on a convenient schedule so she can do a TikTok a day...)

It’s interesting that she now has comments turned off videos because she didn’t used to.
Even on her older videos comments have now been removed and disabled.
Including on non airbnb stuff.
So I don’t think it’s even to do with legal issues……she doesn’t want people to have a platform to comment on her channel at all.
Not sure if she was getting hate or some other reason.

Idk if TikTok commenters are like some posters on here I’d turn them off too

@rivermanblows I agree. She also can't see very well and has to have assistive tech read out every comment. Would you have an AI do that for you?

She was last time I looked about a week ago getting overwhelmingly positive messages and interacting with them. Maybe it all got too much.

If she were being threatened with legal action, she would have formal letters dealing with the potential claim. It's very telling that she hasn't produced anything like this.
