I have a poorly household so made a hearty chilli (ish)-
Turkey mince 2% fat
Carrot
Celery
Onions
Courgettes
Spinach
Peppers .
Served with rice.

Hopefully lots of vitamins to make us all feel better!

I'm going to give this a go!

My husband has just made two curries. One chicken and the other with mushrooms he picked earlier this afternoon.

I've had a risotto craving for the past few days so risotto it is.

Bolognese but with pasta not spaghetti because I can't be arsed with the mess from my 13 month old tonight 🤣

Roast beef and roast potatoes
Big arse Yorkshire puds
Gravy you could cut with a knife and fork.
Home made Victoria sponge

Dp has had a long day and the weather is crap. Thought I would surprise him :)

Black pudding hotpot, Swede, cabbage, peas and then chocolate sponge and chocolate custard.

Caramelised onion and mushroom pasta. Supposed to have spinach through it too but we usually just add peas.

Chicken wrapped in bacon with cream cheese filling, mash and carrots.
None for me as I feel poorly.

Sounds delicious! Do you have a recipe for this?

Homemade Lentil Curry with Chapati

Probably fajitas but maybe roast butternut squash and goat's cheese risotto if I'm feeling fancy when I get down to the kitchen.

Lamb Methi curry from my Instant Pot pressure cooker. Made it yesterday so it’s nice and mature.

Lamb stew/casserole from remainders if yesterdays roast. Lots of veg in it but will have broccoli and green beans on the side.

I was going to cook a mini roast
Chicken thighs
Huge yorkshires
Ginger butter carrots
And gravy

But all the teens have other plans! So I'm going to open a bottle of wine and watch ghosts (iplayer) instead!

Nigella' s beef stew with red wine and anchovies, but without the anchovies.

Making the most of no dp or teenagers here so small ones have pasta with peas and cheese (and some salami for one) and I’ve just had soup and a toastie

Ah mature. I normally say nicely festered (and mean it as a good thing) but mature does sound more appetising!

Got pork carnitas in the slow cooker this morning so should be just about ready to pull and load into burritos when I finish work.

Roast chicken. I had leftover bolognese that needed using up yesterday, so we had lasagne for Sunday lunch and having Sunday’s roast for Monday’s dinner!

Fajitas here. Really hungry and can't wait for DH to be home so we can eat!
