Just wanted to say how elegant & these women are. They're not in the spotlight as much but they loved their grandmother & grandfather. I'm sure they are very proud of the lovely women they have grown into.

She comes across as a really delightful woman with her feet firmly on the ground. I loved her wedding dress too. I also loved Zara’s.

The floral broaches belonged to Princess Margaret and were a wedding gift do a nod to her mother at her aunts funeral which is lovely

Never written it down before. I always assumed tea-total meant tea was the strongest beverage they'd drink.

So where does teetotal come from?🤔

Apparently "teetotal" was originally "teetotal abstinence"- used to indicate that someone abstained totally from alcohol rather than just from spirits. The "tee" bit was just emphasis- a bit like saying "capital T Total".

It is an odd expression.

Unfortunately arseholes can be attractive and lovely people can look like the back end of a bus.

People can make comments about a woman being too thin out of concern for her health. Same goes for people making comments about a woman being too fat.

But a comment by a woman to the effect that she doesnt have fat people in her life is not a comment based on concern.

He's just an overweight middle-aged man, which often means 'likes a few beers'. I suspect he comfort eats, because his life is a mess and if you don't drink, well you probably sit around in your 50-room mansion eating crap, don't you?

Theý all look fine, as they should. You'd look fine with their advantages. It always puzzled me that Fergie, with massive amounts of cash to spend, frequently looked like an overdressed lampshade. Poor advisers perhaps.

Think both Andrew and Fergie look very unwell. If it’s not drink it’s something.. maybe junk food or lack of exercise. The corgis will keep them right!

Really? I think Fergie looks pretty good and vibrant for a woman in her 60s. When you’re a natural ginger, your skin can look translucent and as you get older your eyebrows and eyelashes fade a bit. I think she does a great job at using make up to add definition and looks quite well on it.

I saw a pic of Fergie recently and I thought her face looked tweaked with botox and fillers.

I feel sorry for the York sisters with their dad being Andrew.
I think they're probably very down to earth. I agree that Beatrice looks very like Queen Victoria

I would question their judgement, though, as they have continued to lobby Charles for their father to have his royal roles and duties reinstated.

If they have, then they should know better.

@antelopevalley I love The Windsors programme and have wondered if any Royals have watched it. I have scoliosis and when I watched Eugenie's wedding was touched that she was perfectly happy to show off her surgery scars from corrective surgery.
