if anyone questioned JM on why they were prolonging the kittens life (even in very gentle terms) they instantly became hostile, angry and blocked the user (even goes so far as to search out users who had liked or responded to other users and not JM directly)

Bliddy hell! 😧

That's extreme.

JM is well known for entering relevant keywords into Twitter, finding out who is against them (or even mildly questioning or confused) and blocking them - it's the only way they could conceivably "find" the tweets in question as the majority of them do not target JM directly and are mostly inner dialogue between users.

During their stint on Daily Kitchen Live they would keyword search the programme and file through the users that were less that complimentary and, on occasion, tweet them back snide comments.

I see along with the claims that TERF's and homophobes are out to get them, we now have autism weaponised as a shield to justify actions. Have we had Tories yet? I think that would make it a full circle.

Carlycat · 03/08/2022 15:59

Very telling that she's disabled commenting on her Twitter posts...

KarlWrenbury · 03/08/2022 16:40

Just never heard the term Irish twitter 🤷🏻‍♀️

Someone on Twitter was pretty much implying that 🙄 They said it was “the authorities” targeting her/them. Others agreed. Pathetic.

I’m waiting for one of her/their fans to give them helpful legal advice about the alleged fixed term contract crap. They haven’t so I get the impression many of them know there’s something off, but block it out. I did read through JM’s replies but almost none of them answered the points raised and, on occasion, it seemed like they were purposely ignoring them.

Firesidefox · 03/08/2022 17:31

I am so glad she's been found out. She isn't autistic - it's insulting to those who do. Her behaviour is inexcusable.

Also wondering how many sock puppets she has on this thread? I counted three, maybe four.

BreatheAndFocus · 03/08/2022 17:36

In June she/they implied she/they could buy a house for 550k. They’re not poor if they can even consider that being within their reach. I find it really offensive actually.

If she/they doesn’t want to explain the alleged discrepancies, fair enough, but in that case don’t ask for money from people, many of whom will be a lot worse off than you.

SequinsandStilettos · 03/08/2022 17:59

I have now read Molly's thread and Monroe's reactions to it - if she is compelled to correct untruths then one would have thought it would be easy to tear down and address points one by one
(I also find it irksome that she is claiming traits as autistic traits, it's a spectrum ffs).

scottishgirl69 · 03/08/2022 18:40

She can't tear down that thread because it's all her own words and it's all true. I don't know how she sleeps at night but she does.

I'm glad she blocked me on twitter so I don't need to read any more of her drivel

The media won't touch this story because she sued Hopkins but that's one very unhappy woman

ermagerdabear · 03/08/2022 18:44

With the latest tweets, she's saying that Molly's thread has been horrendous for her because she cannot stand 'untruths' and lies, yet the thread is just screenshots of actual stuff that has come out of Jack's mouth. In fact she's previously tweeted that due to being autistic, she literally can't lie. Which seems weird because Molly's thread was full of contradictions from Jack herself.

So she's lying about the lies she herself had told even though she claims she can't physically lie (I'm finding it hard to keep up with her bullshit, so it's no wonder she's got herself into this pickle). Is it any wonder people are questioning her autism diagnosis amongst all the other things when every word that comes out of her mouth is just a taller tale than the previous one?

ReneBumsWombats · 03/08/2022 18:46

How much coverage would Molly's thread have had if Jack hadn't responded to it?

It was gaining a lot of traction before Jack even opened Twitter. I think there's quite a few people who have seen through her over the years, but haven't felt able to say any of it out loud, due to Jack being a darling of leftie, middle class Twitter (see Nigella's puke inducing tweets towards her, for example). Plus Jack always sets her flying monkey's on anyone she thinks is even slightly critical of her. She's caused many a Twitter dog pile on there.

PipinwasAuntieMabelsdog · 03/08/2022 19:02

A single parent 1 child family should be able to live well on her 'donated' 🤔income. The house if owned would/could have been funded by book advance and earnings if they had chosen something modest and I thought the son's dad helps too? Doesn't add up. I live with autism (HF, diagnosed in childhood, interventions needed) and I think if she needed it she could access support to help with organising money etc, but she must be quite HF to do media and stuff

Flymetothezoom · 03/08/2022 19:12

@JemimaPuddlegoose what was the toaster thing ?

ermagerdabear · 03/08/2022 19:16

Flymetothezoom · 03/08/2022 19:12

@JemimaPuddlegoose what was the toaster thing ?

She claimed not to have a toaster then shared a photo of herself with a toaster in the background. The toaster also had 'toaster' written on it.

JohnsShirt · 03/08/2022 19:17

She said she didn't have a toaster when there was a v clearly a toaster in her kitchen, it even said toaster on it ffs.

JemimaPuddlegoose · 03/08/2022 19:23

Yeah, she claimed she'd never owned a toaster when her toaster had been visible loads of times.

Like how she claimed (this year) to have never owned a TV that had been purchased new, but during lockdown she used Twitter to chew out a delivery man for leaving her "brand new TV" on the doorstep rather than bringing it in.

Or that she lives in a shitty bungalow but it's very obviously a two-story house (and a very nice looking house by most people's standards).

She also claimed this year to only own a single pair of shoes that were falling apart and let water in because she literally couldn't scrape together £10 for a pair of Primark shoes, when she's showed off tons of new expensive shoes and boots on her Insta. (And could easily afford new boots with all the money she's spent on luxury holidays, safari trips to Tanzania, antiques, expensive furniture, etc.)

It really is just non-stop lies.

This is all actually quite alarming. I suppose people wouldn't be quite so perturbed by her lies, and maybe even feel worried about her serious lying habits (obviously something is wrong there), if she wasn't asking for money at the same time.

I'm not a Tattle contributor because I follow 0 people on IG or Twitter, don't even have accounts, but I read Tattle occasionally. I think they do a good job in exposing all this bullshit - from JM and everyone else.

I think Tattle is a spin-off from MN because although we did have some threads on here about IG fakery, Mrs Hinch etc, MN didn't like them and deleted them all. At least I think that's how it came about.

EarringsandLipstick · 03/08/2022 19:59

But thank you for telling us so graciously.

Assuming that's sarcastic emotionalsupport? What was ungracious about my reply? Compared to the 'wtaf' question? 🤔

Just never heard the term Irish twitter 🤷🏻‍♀️

I mean, it's not a term - I was just using it to indicate that it was the commentary on Twitter from Irish personalities - I didn't name them as they're probably not known to most in the UK & that was a shorthand to what I was saying.

Not sure it needed a 'wtaf' response tho 😀

I admit that the "wtaf: was unnecessary.

I apologise.

Emotionalsupportviper · 03/08/2022 20:15

Sorry - I apologise for my sarkiness* - not the "wtaf" - that wasn't my comment.

*Autocorrect kept changing this to "sardines" I was so tempted to let it stand - I jus twas very amused by it 🐟🐟🐟

EarringsandLipstick · 03/08/2022 20:16

No worries @Emotionalsupportviper & thank you 💐

I love the 'sardines' autocorrect 😢

Tsandjdarethrbest · 03/08/2022 20:17

I think she is being treated harshly. She is a single parent freelancer and that’s tough for anyone. Her kitchen doesn’t scream wealth to me. She did a great thing with the ONS campaign. Does that make me a sock puppet?

I agree in part - I mean, I'm not necessarily arguing at all that she's massively wealthy. I don't think she is but I don't have a clue.

What I don't think she is, is in dire poverty. Her latest blog post really seems far-fetched, if you've followed her career & posts.

I really dislike how she changes the narrative, and creates different - incompatible - versions of herself, which she used to gain masses of sympathy on dubious grounds - health, trans, relationship, MH.

I'm a single parent. Outwardly I seem to be coping fine, good job, 3 DC who look to have all they need. Thanks to nightmare ex, and protracted legal wrangling & the exhausting Irish divorce process, it's all a massive struggle. Not on the breadline level but in terms of meeting reasonable needs & expectations, v hard. I do bristle at someone like JM who I believed in massively & corresponded with a bit, who is demonstrably not being truthful.

Quitelikeit · 03/08/2022 20:23

It’s hard to know the truth. How can anyone know she doesn’t have an official dx of autism?

someone said her child lives with his dad?

what is the fathers name?
