It's hot - what's for tea tonight?

I've got a pizza. Just made up some coucous which will do a couple of nights and will add salad.

My colleague is going around to someone's house tonight for tea and they're cooking a roast - no way could I stand being in the kitchen for an hour or two regularly checking meat and potatoes, as well as the hot plates on.

I want to know the same thing. I really wnat chicken fried rice now. Veggie DS is off on a sports trip for two weeks and I want some chicken while he's gone.

Pasta with a chicken and tomato d based veg sauce that has courgettes, aubergine, red onion, peas, mushrooms, garlic. Scatter some French bail on the top and had with a green salad with black olive and some crumbled feta cheese on top.
