I have a horrible feeling Cummings is right - he hasn’t ACTUALLY said ‘I am resigning’ has he? Just some vague shit about ‘the herd’ telling him they want a change of leader, and him agreeing, but not yet and not saying when - and then carrying on as normal!

I've just read through the transcript posted on the last thread and it doesn't have the word resign anywhere in it.
I said I'd believe it when it happened and that speech skirted the issue. I don't think he believes he's done yet and that was just buying him time.
