I love love love cheese. I'm pretty basic, love Brie and Camembert.

My dad always used to bring me Saint Felicien from a booze cruise. That's probably my top cheese.

I also like hard cheese, blue cheese (not Stilton though) smoked cheese

What am I missing out on?

I love applewood smoked cheddar and Saint Agur creamy blue.

Vampirethriller · 12/06/2022 12:04

All cheese! But especially gorgonzola.

You can't beat a really good mature Cheddar.

Where to begin 🤔

Manchego is my favourite

Toddlerteaplease · 12/06/2022 12:10

Stilton. I do love mature cheddar. But having adopted a cat who's name is Cheddar, I've gone off it!

All sheep’s milk cheeses just seem to have a very distinctive flavour, not as dry as goat but more piquant than cow. Roquefort, thé Basque mountain cheeses, pecorino…a farmer in Northumberland makes delicious hard sheep’s cheese but with a slightly flexible texture…..I’m making myself hungry!

What's your favourite cheese??
CakeWedge · 12/06/2022 12:15

I love cheese, as long as its not sheepy/goaty.

A really gooey, stinky Camembert is my absolute favourite.

catinboots123 · 12/06/2022 12:15

Oh sting cheddar yes. I do like Canadian cheddar

I love manchego and am also very partial to Cropwell Bishop stilton.

Cheshire and Lancashire cheeses. Delicious

WowIlikereallyhateyou · 12/06/2022 12:17

Vacherin mont d’or, is the best. Wrong time of year for it atm though.

Hopeful16 · 12/06/2022 12:17

Cheddar with truffle - creamy and delicious
Jarlsberg - nutty
Sage derby - fresh

snowgirl1 · 12/06/2022 12:18

Ooh, love cheese. Less keen on strong blues and very stinky camemberts though. Love a good cheddar and like the alpine cheeses - beaufort and tomme de savoie. Mmmm...

Hopeful16 · 12/06/2022 12:18

Anything but Wensleydale- sorry but I just don't get it! 🤷🏻‍♀️

ToffeeNotCoffee · 12/06/2022 12:19

Cathedral City extra mature cheddar is yummy.

Blacksticks Blue is a lovely blue cheese.

Cricket St Thomas soft cheese is lovely.

My husband likes Cornish Cruncher cheddar cheese.

Pollywoddles · 12/06/2022 12:21

Reblochon, Manchego, Brie, Muenster, Aged Gouda and Mature Cheddar would be my favourites!

mommandme · 12/06/2022 12:21

All cheese...

Particularly raclette cheese, Wensleydale with Cranberry and near me at Christmas they do an amazing Wensleydale with Orange and Champagne. It has a slight fizz about it. Love it!

Other than that, pretty much any hard cheese, but not veined cheeses.

unidentia · 12/06/2022 12:22

Delice des Cremiers
It's cheese heaven. A soft cows milk cheese.

JennyForeigner · 12/06/2022 12:25

Washed rind anything. Delicious filth.

catinboots123 · 12/06/2022 12:27

I never know what goats cheese to go for.

I've had creamy ones that I like, but then some of the ones with rind on taste rank. They taste like how a goat smells

Favourite cheese? It's like being asked which is your favourite child.

But if pushed, it would probably be truffle brie. Or burrata. No, Wensleydale.

I don't like blue cheese but just about all the others, I like very much.
