What thread outcomes that never got posted are you curious about?

Which thread were you invested in where perhaps the OP stopped posting or the thread died and you never got to know the outcome?

For me there are two:

The one where the lady got her heart broken by a Jewish guy who just suddenly dumped her.

A more recent one where a girl was "exclusive" with guy she hadn't heard from in 3 weeks and she went out and bought him birthday presents anyway. He then posted pics on Instagram of his bday celebrations which she wasn't invited to. She messaged him and I would love to know if he replied and what happened.

The poster who was buying a large apartment even though it needed money-pit modernisation and also the free hold needed to be legally established prior to sale.

As another poster has wondered about Running In Rain - she was suddenly ditched by her boyfriend who then had the gall to say she was childish to ignore his messages ! I remember the phrase, 'Tesco moment' i.e. hoping that her ex-bf sees her looking red hot with a hot new man in a supermarket car park/anywhere.

There was a thread in relationships board where a man had an affair abroad and fathered a child and the post was about whether he should contact the child. His wife would not let him supposedly as she didn't want their daughter to find out

The Berlin city break and whether she ever got her money back from the CF friend.

The neighbour who left the house every morning dressed to the business nines (with lanyard) and returned 40 minutes later.

@Coldhandscoldheart I remember that one! Would be interesting to know how things turned out for them all.

I remember a poster a couple of years ago who'd discovered her husband had secretly recorded her at home undressing etc. I think she was planning to leave but not sure what ended up happening. I don't know why it's stayed with me but she seemed very vulnerable. I hope she's ok.

The one where the woman’s husband was supposed to be in Portugal and she tracked him in north Spain!
Found out by trying to find her airpods!!!

The one that comes to mind was probably a troll but they claimed their friend was faking a pregnancy and they were getting more and more worried about said friend as it got closer to due date.

I think - and I may be misremembering - that it got to 10 months and the friend said something about overdue or wrong dates but I may have just pulled that bit out of thin air. Definitely a 'fake pregnancy what will friend do when no baby' thread though

There were threads a good few years ago, op was onitlikeacarbonnet or similar and her husband had an affair and they separated. I often think of her and her 2 children.

I think of Somerville quite often, still so thrilled that she got a happy ending.

Also the GEG, the green eyed gardener!!

There's loads more.

There's a couple. One was an OP who'd taken the first pill for a termination and changed her mind. An early scan detected a heartbeat so all appeared to be ok but then the thread disappeared. I'd love to know if it all turned out ok for her and the baby.

And there was one where OP was worried that she'd seen one of her elderly neighbours but not the husband for a few weeks and people were imagining all things from murder to him dying and the neighbour just not telling anyone!

Winterfellismyhome snap, I think about her too, the lady who had a secret job, found somewhere new to live, chickened out of leaving the first time, really abusive DH.... so concerned for her. That thread is still in my 'watching' list.
She'd posted a few threads, I think.

The lady who found out she had won a laptop in a raffle a few months before, but her relative had taken it saying they’d give it to her but they kept it. She deleted the thread after someone said this will end up in the daily mail

I'd love to know how the couple who inherited a woods are. Their next door neighbour said it was theirs and was trying to get possession. I know the op lost a baby which was desperately sad. I hope they got their woods in the end and are happy now

If so, I am currently 5-6 weeks away from giving birth to a baby boy, and I am so so excited to meet him.

Does anyone else remember a thread where the OP had woken up after a night at a friends house and had a really intricate drawing on their back the next morning?!? I don't think they ever updated the thread but it was very bizarre, posters wondered if the friends DH had been responsible.

This was really sad, I'd love to get a positive update.

There was one about domestic abuse that still haunts me. The husband/partner had forced the OP to eat paper (a drawing she'd done) and his parents were just sat watching, not doing anything. I hope she managed to get away from him and is now happy and safe

The person who won a giveaway to the RHS but didn’t receive the tickets. The giveaway organiser lied on social media that she had received them. Not sure what happened after that.

I’ve just checked her instagram and she’s done a whole reel about trolls attacking her this week! She has also deleted the comments that the poster made on the post announcing that she won (but she says “she thought she won”.)

I can’t remember the name of the poster to ask her though otherwise I’d tag her in!
