I’ve recorded that on CPOMs, informed SLT and SENDCO and will flag it up at the PPAD. Have you got the AM7 data for the PPG and EAL? We’ve got an ECT starting. Have you adapted that for the LA, MA and HA and make sure you do the PI’s with those ones.

So many 😂 it’s like a foreign language sometimes.

We have just started using CPoms and I can't not call it Pom BearsHmm

I run a ‘jargon’ session from anyone who joins our team from another industry…otherwise they spend months not daring to ask about GWP, UPR, URP, ASR, RI, XOL, LPT, QS, AIPs etc whilst wondering what on earth we’ve done with our deferred income.
