'Level 1,2,3 & 4 obs'
'Where's the ward lighter?'
The magic numbers-'5&2'
'Sectioned or informal?'
'They have been secluded'
'Absconsion risk'
And many more!

The world of mental health nursing is full of 'em.

What words or phrases do you use at work which no-one understands.

DefiniteTortoise · 30/03/2022 21:35

We'll take this to D1 in the next stage - make sure you ask them for their COIs then, always best to get them well ahead of final approval.

This will need an ER/DC

Please book ES for a dummy sub

I bet very few people know what this job is Grin

The host is on the patern. Take care not to over consecrate but if you do there is space in the aumbry for HCs.

Bluetrews25 · 30/03/2022 21:42

Yellowleadbetter - nurse ?.
I see people who use a WZF or 4WW and might have a RTS and FSTF at home. I often ask for a sec2 for a POC. If I'm lucky they can do SLR and IRQ and mob ind. Sometimes I'm in ED.
On a bad day I might need to get involved with ACBT and FET. Really bad day would involve NP suction.
