Hair Flick (a hairdressers when I was little making a smashing allo allo reference).
We still have a Hair Flick around here (Manchester).

I grew up in the Far East and remember quite a few businesses where non-sensical names had been adopted by non-English speakers, or had translated badly. One of the cleverest deliberate ones I ever saw was Eurornate, a company which imported posh bathroom fittings from Europe.

And finally, the Supreme Harmony Travel Service, known as SHTS for obvious reasons. There was talk about them setting up an international division, but I do not know if they ever came to agreement on a name...

Not quite the point of the thread, but I used to regularly drive past a hairdressers called Chevaux. Always made me laugh. I wonder if anyone ever told them?

I think chevaux means “horses” - there’s a similar French word which means hair.
