A horse, an actual horse, complete with carriage outside my house and secured it to my drainpipe!

Mind you, good luck to the person who dares to put blinkers on a cat and tie it to a drainpipe. That cat will be plotting some serious revenge.

🤣

ApolloandDaphne · 25/03/2022 18:25

How exciting. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth!

uptonogoode · 25/03/2022 18:25

Northernlurker · 25/03/2022 18:26

It's important we aren't blinkered to the horses well-being.

I would knock on neighbours doors and if no luck try non emergency police number.

Poor pony needs to go home tonight

HorsePark · 25/03/2022 18:26

My back garden is not that big unfortunately. But there is stables nearby Grin

I'm not sure how the Council can tow a horse away

That would be a decision for the mare to make I think

Viques wins the thread Grin Grin

My husband was out watering the flowers and a lady came out next door and shouted over ‘don’t worry she’s fine’ then went back in.

This is a lovely thread. It reminds me of one Christmas years ago when I was staying with friends in Frampton On Severn. I went out for a walk very early on Christmas morning and tied to the gate post of one of the houses was a fat little pony with a red ribbon around his belly. He clearly some little girl or boy's Christmas present. I really wanted to wait to see them come out and find him but I couldn't hang around. I've never forgotten it. The house was so pretty and the pony so cute. It was such a picture-perfect image.
