Tripadvisor also suspended comments and had a similar message when the boycott of Bruni hotels kicked off, after they passed anti-gay laws (from memory it was that they passed them, maybe it was updated or something, anyway they’d made them worse somehow). Back in 2019.
There are lots of other review places.
Google reviews, AirBNB, IMDB....
Unless you shut down the entire internet, it's difficult to stop information getting out.
(During WW2, the BBC broadcast messages to resistance groups via poems etc on the radio. It was illegal to have a radio. Nowadays, you could just put a review on Tripadvisor that was a signal to do something)
