Haven't seen one of these for ages!

B: scrambled eggs on gluten free bread, orange juice and a cup of tea
S: banana
L: gluten free pasta with leftover red pepper sauce
S: lactose free yoghurt with blueberries, honey and muesli
D: lemon and parsley fish, homemade chips and broccoli

I've also eaten my body weight in chocolate and I'll probably have some more later Grin period is due so I'm craving carbs and chocolate so badly today.

L- Leftover veg curry with Quinoa & salad
D- Chopped salad with halloumi/roast chicken/sweet potato

10am-ish: McDonald’s breakfast sandwich and a hash brown Blush
5pm: roast pork, mash, steamed carrots and broccoli, stuffing balls and gravy followed by pancakes with Nutella and strawberries

Just got the DCs to bed so cracking open a can of San Miguel and there’s some honey roasted cashew in the cupboard that are screaming at me to eat them

Breakfast: croissant
Lunch: spinach & ricotta pasta & yogurt after
Dinner: 4 pancakes with lemon juice and sugar (no savoury pancakes in this house and we didn't want a full meal as well as pancakes).

No snacks today although I might launch an attack on a punnet of cherries once DD is in bed!

L: Southern Fried chicken wrap
D: Cornish pasty with chips and beans...which caused much offence as apparently they should be eaten with gravy according to DD.

No resisting the urge to eat a giant bag of pickled onion space raiders.

Snack time - Homemade milky latte witha chocolate biscuit
D Tuna on ryvita

Overall, not a healthy day

Was working today so tasted lots of things, didn’t actually eat anything proper.

Had a spinach, Gruyère, ham and egg galette and a pancake with cream, berries, honey and sprinkles on for dinner.

Snack - cashews and cup of tea
D - salmon , courgette, baked potato . Pancake with sugar and lemon for pudding

2 slices slices seeded sourdough toast with proper butter and sliced banana, pint of water & cup of tea

L - 3 (4?) slices leftover supermarket pizza, 2 tangerine, 1 apple
D - 2 cheese & ham pancakes, 1 nutella pancake.
Snacks - some pitta chips (a bowlful taken out of a big bag), a diet coke, two coffees. Must have had some other drinks, probably water.

B- 500ml bottle Pepsi
L- Marks and Spencer's cafe- orange water, ham and emmental toast ie, cheese scone, 2 packets butter and a bag of their cheesy wiggles
S- 500ml Fanta orange and packet walkers salt and vinegar crisps
D- 6 pancakes with M a S squirty cream and their chocolate sauce, can of coke

Yeah my diet isn't great I know, quite brave of me to post what I had today 😅

Cup of strong black coffee and an orange, grilled bacon (my once a week treat) with poached egg grilled tomatoes and mushrooms with baked beans., a bowl of defrosted berries and low fat yoghut. And a packet of popcorn.

B: Dolce Gusto Starbucks Caramel macchiato
L: leftover roast aubergine & pepper pasta in sundried tomato sauce
D: Chicken Fajitas & Chips

Also had a skinny whip toffee bar, honeycomb crunch bar, tube of mini eggs, mini toffee crisp biscuit bar and a glass of coke Blush

DC is teething and I'm bf (good excuses right?!)
