Haven't seen one of these for ages!
B: scrambled eggs on gluten free bread, orange juice and a cup of tea
S: banana
L: gluten free pasta with leftover red pepper sauce
S: lactose free yoghurt with blueberries, honey and muesli
D: lemon and parsley fish, homemade chips and broccoli
I've also eaten my body weight in chocolate and I'll probably have some more later
period is due so I'm craving carbs and chocolate so badly today.
