Haven't seen one of these for ages!

B: scrambled eggs on gluten free bread, orange juice and a cup of tea
S: banana
L: gluten free pasta with leftover red pepper sauce
S: lactose free yoghurt with blueberries, honey and muesli
D: lemon and parsley fish, homemade chips and broccoli

I've also eaten my body weight in chocolate and I'll probably have some more later Grin period is due so I'm craving carbs and chocolate so badly today.

Half a wholemeal bagel with peanut butter and a small banana. 1 oat milk cappucino.
Beetroot wrap with falafel and salad and a large square of chocolate.
Piece of sourdough with olive tapenade and cucumber.
Spanish Chicken with roast vegetables.
I bottle of beer. 2 litres of water.

B - a lotus biscuit at the hairdressers 🙈
L - ham on a warbatons thin, salt and vinegar crisps and a slice of ginger cake.
Snack - some malteasers truffles
D - Spaghetti meatballs with garlic bread.

Might have a pancake later, but I have my pancakes with salt and gravy!😍

D - Salmon tagliatelle

Snacks - handful of chocolate buttons and embarrassingly, six packs of Popchips! I couldn't stop and just kept munching.

I had 2 boiled eggs for breakfast, a small crunchie, sweetcorn, 2 pancakes and a chicken meal prep meal thing for dinner. On this thread it still sounds like a lot, but compared to what I usually eat, this is nothing!

Late breakfast: protein bagel with 1/4 of an avocado and a fried egg. It wasn't very nice as the avocado wasn't ripe.

Skipped lunch due to exam nerves but had a giant cup of tea from Costa which filled me up

Tea: sausage casserole

Pud: 3 pancakes. 2 with lemon and sugar and 1 with nutella.

Ending the day on 1509 cals which is 9 over my goal. Not bad for pancake day!!

S: cereal bar, satsuma, hummus and veg sticks.
L: vegetable tagine and cous cous, grapes and blueberries.
S: 2 scotch pancakes.
D: pancake with creamy mushrooms and spinach, pancake with lemon and sugar, pancake with fruit, syrup and cream.

Not the best day but it's shopping day tomorrow so I was using stuff up.

I have eaten so much today.

  • vegan protein shake with almond milk
  • small bowl of cereal
  • belvita biscuits
  • crisps
  • scrambled eggs and buttered baguette
  • savoury crepes with pancetta, pepper, avocado and ticket
  • sweet crepes with chocolate spread and raspberries

I am breastfeeding, sleep deprived and always hungry!

I reckon I’ve easily walked 6 miles today on various errands. I’ve lost my Apple Watch somewhere around the house but I’d guess it to be a 14k-16k steps day today.

B- granola, yogurt and berries
L- 2 ryvita with half a laughing cow on each, a tin of Heinz veg soup
D- chicken burger - it was raw and made me gag put me off the whole meal.

A bag of crisps and 2 squares of chocolate

About 3ltrs of squash
