Haven't seen one of these for ages!

B: scrambled eggs on gluten free bread, orange juice and a cup of tea
S: banana
L: gluten free pasta with leftover red pepper sauce
S: lactose free yoghurt with blueberries, honey and muesli
D: lemon and parsley fish, homemade chips and broccoli

I've also eaten my body weight in chocolate and I'll probably have some more later Grin period is due so I'm craving carbs and chocolate so badly today.

Yesterday:
2 cups of tea
Toast with butter and marmite (granary, 2 slices)
Coffee with oat milk
Chocolate macaroon (the big coconutty type)
Slice of pork pie
Salad leaves
Water
Cup of tea
Beef enchilada with a spoonful of Mexican rice and sweetcorn
Camomile tea.

Nowhere near as much as usual and didn’t drink enough.

Dinner is Chinese takeaway with the rugby to celebrate the end of ds1's mocks.

Going to get a fish supper for dinner.

Chocolate hazelnut coissant
Left over veg fried rice
Kitkat
Chips and a grilled cheese

Tomorrow I might eat something with some nutritional value

L - cheese scone, satsuma, apple
D - salmon fish cake, broccoli, small serving of gnocchi, glass of white wine
S - dark chocolate rice cake, hot chocolate

B- protein balls and a can of Coke Zero
L- Egg mayo sandwich, strawberry, grape and apple pot, 2 baby bels, pink grapefruit flavour vitamin drink.
S- Crackers and pineapple Castello, Lilt zero
D- half peri peri chicken, salad made with romaine, cucumber, red pepper, baby plum tomatoes, an avocado and some light mayo, 2 glasses of water
P- Tbsp of Nutella, another lilt zero

Yesterday I ate: porridge with blueberries, maple syrup and almonds, toast with marmite and cheese, poppadom and chutneys, an onion bhaji, chicken dhansak with rice, a massive gin and tonic and two pints of Kingfisher.

L: cheese and tuna omelette with chips but didn't eat much of it as my appetite took a nosedive
D: forced some pasta pesto and broccoli down

Loads but… have run 10k. Been to the gym and from about 11AM till just now have spent ALL FUCKING DAY doing DIY
Lots of toast (I bought some really nice salted butter this week and am hooked)
Brownie at parkrun
Two pastries from local bakery
Rolos and Kitkat
Sundried tomato pasta with soinach and brocolli for tea in a bit
