Haven't seen one of these for ages!

B: scrambled eggs on gluten free bread, orange juice and a cup of tea
S: banana
L: gluten free pasta with leftover red pepper sauce
S: lactose free yoghurt with blueberries, honey and muesli
D: lemon and parsley fish, homemade chips and broccoli

I've also eaten my body weight in chocolate and I'll probably have some more later Grin period is due so I'm craving carbs and chocolate so badly today.

Porridge, lentil soup, pancakes, humous and pitta

B- 2x weetabix with full fat milk sweetened with honey
L- 2 slices of wholemeal toast with mashed avocado, scrambled egg and some beans
S - 2x potato waffles, 2x fish fingers and some fish pie (this was me being greedy and I ate with DC after school, I wouldn't normally).
D - lamb steak with lots of baked veg, bulgar wheat with mushrooms, sauerkraut and a bit of creamy mash.

Lots of water, no other drinks.

D: chicken veg stir fry, 2 more pancakes and a donut, grapes and an orange
Three cuppas and a few glasses of water throughout day

I breastfeed a toddler and a 6 month old 😂

B: 2 small slices German sunflower seed bread with marmite, peanut butter and cucumber, 2 Earl grey teas

L: Homemade lentil/sweet potato shepherds pie, broad beans, apple. Lots of water

Snack: Thai rice crackers and hummus

D: leftover macaroni pie, stewed chicken and calalloo, large glass of rose

Too much. Again!

B: skyr with blueberries and walnuts, shot glass of clementine juice, milky coffee
L: small baked potato with cottage cheese and home made red cabbage slaw.
S: 2 chocolate digestives, about 50g almonds - just couldn't stop snacking on them all day. Several cups of tea.
D: veggie curry with rice and lime pickle, 2 small glasses rose wine, blackcurrant yoghurt

Forgot it was pancake day!

B: skyr with lemon curd and pistachios stirred in, coffee with milk

L: meant to be bean soup but accidentally tipped in half a container of garlic salt. So had an egg white omelette with buttered granary toast instead.

D: lentil pasta with tomato, olive and caper sauce and parmesan, with beetroot I needed to use up.

S: apple flavoured protein drink. Vile.

D: Pasta Bolognese
S: Grapes and pear slices.

B- porridge with milk, black coffee.
L- microwaved pouch of couscous and veg.
D- leftover soup, 1.5 hamburgers, cherry tomatoes and 4 squares of caramel flavored white chocolate (not worth the calories).

We had pancakes yesterday because I knew I’d be out most of today. Delia Smith’s 2-egg pancake recipe made only 5, I should have doubled it…

My baby is allergic to dairy, soya, coconut and some sweeteners and I'm breastfeeding so have had to make changes to my diet.

Breakfast: coffee with 1 sugar, muesli microwaved with oatly barista milk and cocoa powder

Lunch: corned beef & tomato chutney sandwich (Polish bakery sourdough loaf), mocha coffee made with oatly barista & cocoa powder

Snack: pork cocktail sausages

Dinner: sweet chilli & lime chicken & veg stir-fry with egg noodles (Worcestershire sauce is a good substitute for soy sauce)

Snack: 2 slices Polish sourdough bread with dairy/soya free spread, moo free chocolate bar, vegan Horlicks drink

Hmm, typed this and noticed most other people eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks. I just have times for my random food intake
2pm Chocolate and orange cookie
2.30pm Ham and gherkin sandwich from Pret
6pm Pancake with bacon, mushrooms and cheese, Pancake with jam and squirty cream, Pancake with chocolate spread and squirty cream
10.30pm Yoghurt with fruit puree and granola pot
11.30pm 2 giant mini cheddar things

B: 2 Weetabix with semi skimmed milk.
L: 2 hardboiled eggs, 2 slices of ham, cucumber, tomato, baby beetroot and lighter than light mayo.
Snack: Apple and 2 mini Babybel light, Pepsi Max
D: Spag Bol with added veg.

Breakfast-Toasted bagel with processed cheese slice, tea.
Lunch-3 small thin pancakes with maple syrup. A few teas.
Did not feel like dinner, but I am now eating a toasted chicken sandwich. So I guess that's dinner!

L- Smoothie made with broccoli, kale, pineapple, spinach and flaxseeds

Trying to up the veg intake so not too bad today!

S-lidl rum and raisin chocolate
D - beef hotpot and slice of bread.
S- 2 scotch pancakes with nutella

Yesterday :
B shredded wheat and a banana
L leftover vegetable curry and a salmon fillet
D 2 ingredient (banana and egg) pancakes with berries and skinny chocolate sauce

Snacks were nakd bar and a chocolate snack a jack.

Today I had mini fruit and nut weetabix for breakfast which were great, been craving them all week for some reason!
