Haven't seen one of these for ages!

B: scrambled eggs on gluten free bread, orange juice and a cup of tea
S: banana
L: gluten free pasta with leftover red pepper sauce
S: lactose free yoghurt with blueberries, honey and muesli
D: lemon and parsley fish, homemade chips and broccoli

I've also eaten my body weight in chocolate and I'll probably have some more later Grin period is due so I'm craving carbs and chocolate so badly today.

A spoon each of granola, oat bran and all bran with a spoon of Greek yog, some bottled cherries and blueberries.

Celery soup, sourdough toast and cheese

Some Choc biscuits

Fish fingers, lemon and dill sauce, dry roast potato wedges, peas and cavalo nero.

S: Mars ice cream bar

Rather too much sugar today, but I'm 37 weeks pregnant and so tired - need the sugar hits to keep me going! Three more days until mat leave...

I'm usually such a health eater, haven't had a proper hash brown in years (hence my username as it's a thing I dream of).

Yesterday I ate: porridge with a mashed up banana in it and maple syrup, blueberries, walnuts and almonds on top, a MASSIVE SALAD with little gem, cucumber, feta, tomatoes, olives and tuna mayonnaise, rice cakes with marmite and peanut butter.

L HEINZ tomato soup (reduced salt and no sugar) cheese sandwich (very thinly sliced cheese on wholemeal seeded bread)

D lasagne made with meat and loads of vegetables, broccoli, blueberrries

Sadly I also ate a Bounty and a chocolate Creme egg throughout the day.
