If you're using the app it's impossible with the ads. Use the desktop version instead

It's annoying when you get a perfectly valid word after 2 or three goes- just not the one wordle is thinking of. You should be able to have it in those cases I think!

If the whole point is to guess a specific word, how can any other word be “perfectly valid”? (Genuine question not meaning to sound snarky)

Well if you're down to your last guess for example you have _RING and there are letters left that will make a word ( i.e B or W ) but you enter the 'wrong' ones it's annoying. I like word games, I'm not a mind reader!
