If I ever have a white pet I'll call them Snowball.

Paul (a spaniel)
Baby Jesus(a huge German shepherd)

My ExBIL's dog was called Bonzo. Fab dog.

Ratchet, named after the scrawny growl, sounding like a ratchet being used to tighten something.

My first pair of Irish Wolfhounds were Margot(Fonteyn) and Rudolph (Nureyev) perfect I thought for these tall graceful!! beasts.

They were very tall.

I met a pair of dogs in the park the other day called Crumble and Custard which I thought was adorable!

Huge rottie called Fluffles.

An old English bulldog called Alan ! My mum and I are always on the look out for the best dog names and Alan has been winning for three years

I can't remember where I came across this, and it's a cat one, but a tabby with very defined, clear stripes called ... Spot.

There is a notoriously naughty little dog where I walk, she is walked by a dog walker, and all you hear is “Gloria! GLORIA!GLORIA!”

I think it was someone well known who called their dog Phydeaux (pronounced Fido), which is quite lovely.

Our late NDN had a beautiful black labrador, who the DC liked but his name rhymed with Rambo. We called him Sam.

Mr Kipling, he was an exceedingly good dog.

I know a Sprocket. Also a local Cocker Spaniel aptly named Jarvis.
