Gammon joint , home made chips, colslaw and pickles 😋

I’m doing a buffet. Lots of sausage rolls, cheese and crackers etc

Squid rings, onion rings, spring rolls!

I’m going out for dinner.

We are doing a buffet, just been to Iceland to buy a few bits 😬…..so mainly beige food and cheesy balls (crisps).

Cod in breadcrumbs, chips and peas. (Probably followed by stollen!)

Hotdogs with plenty of fried onions.

Buffet - crackers, cheese, grapes, apples and using up the last of the Christmas snacks and any of the frozen party snacks in freezer.

Slow cooker gammon, already in and making the house smell amazing. Veggies, cauliflower cheese and roast tatties. Then we have nibbles for later to sustain us through to midnight.

Lamb meatballs with spaghetti.

Had plans for a very basic vegetable and barley soup with herbs but I just realized it's NYE by all the other comments! Probably takeout from our favorite Mexican restaurant. Carnitas, flautas and margaritas if I get my way!

Smoked bbq pork shoulder (I have a smoker)
Boston beans and Mac n cheese, also done in the smoker.

Pecan pie with clotted cream

Salmon with sweet chilli sauce , rocket, baby spinach and watercress- my attempt at eating healthier (it won’t last )

Dd1 has requested chicken salad. I'll make asparagus pasta for me and dp. The other dcs have been at PIL so will have been stuffed full of sugary crap and will be bouncing off the walls🙄 I doubt they'll eat anything

Lamb mince and potato bake.

Scotland here so steak and square sausage pie, mash and peas.

DH & DD are having cheeseburgers & wedges.
I'm having fasolakhia, although I don't specifically follow this recipe. I also add carrots & sometimes courgettes, as that's how I had it in Greece. I use fresh herbs when I have them, although obviously not at this time of year... I have it with bread but not feta as I don't eat cheese.

We might have mincemeat & apple crumble later.

Marks and Spencer new year deal for us , prawn cocktail followed by steak and a cheeseboard washed down with the champagne we didn’t drink xmas day and carbonara for the dc.

Surely Steak Pie, which btw @FlamingGoat should always be links is for NYD?

We're having a chippy dinner for 8 of us.
Although we have homemade trifle for afters, and a small buffet for about 10pm.
And bacon for about 1am. And also for 9am.

Beige buffet with token fruit and salad which everyone will ignore. Would have got a takeaway but we've lived on them for the last fortnight and are sick of them!

Light vegetable soup, cheese and crackers, pancakes for dessert.
