Maybe something light but not a clue what to actually make 🤷‍♀️

What's cooking at yours?

Curry, takeaway stylefrom the supermarket with pretty much every side going. Few bottles of beer. Spideman and bed!

Chinese takeaway!!

Fillet steak, asparagus
Strawberries and remains of the double cream
Possibly a glass or two of red wine.

Eleventy billion dishes from Jamie’s Christmas because we have 2 friends coming over (DH ignoring my suggestion of nice crisps and a takeaway). Does anyone else want to come over?

We had a very early dinner with DD of miso salmon and jasmine rice (recipe from new cook book) but we have a Camembert with crusty bread to bake later.

Quiche and cheesy oregano chips.

Moscow Mules made by my husband.

Baked Sea bass with a butter sauce made by my husband. Broccoli and mange tout. New potatoes. Washed down with Champagne.

Hairy Bikers fresh fruit trifle.

Coffee.

Salmon, cous cous and frozen veg (broccoli and sprouts). One of my fav current dinners

vegetable quiche, sweet potato wedges, salad.

Cheeseburgers and veg for dinner, then a pregnancy-friendly cheeseboard once DS is in bed. Now I'm in the third trimester, I might have a small port with it as my one and only alcoholic drink for nine months! We definitely won't make it to midnight though - I'm usually ready to drop at 10pm at the moment.

Polenta with Porcini and roasted Cauliflower

Fillet steak, baked potatoes, garlic mushrooms and salad, followed by creme egg brownies and a bottle of champagne

Buffet - raw veg and dips, chips, party food from the freezer, Yule log with cream, a few snowballs and Baileys at midnight.

Martinis

Steak, chips, Hawksmoor's macaroni cheese and their creamed spinach, asparagus

Chocolate orange cheesecake

Having a blackcurrant Tanqueray G & T while waiting for an Indian takeaway to be delivered. It's DH's birthday so he got to choose what to do/eat. DS ate earlier & has gone to meet friends.
