Special K with oat milk and oat milk skyr yogurt.
Homemade tomato/veg soup with 2 slices Vogel seeded bread and Boursin cheese
Tea will be veggie risotto balls and salad.

Already feeling so much better after 3 days of healthy eating.

2 slices poppy seed bread toasted, butter, baked beans, grated cheddar.

A packet of Walkers marmite crisps.

2 smoked haddock fish cakes, peas.

1 lindor and 1 after eight.

2 mugs tea, 1 mug coffee with 1 sugar. 2 small glasses pinot.

Gnocchi bake (like a tomato and mozzarella pasta bake but with gnocchi instead of pasta)

Muesli with banana, berries and pumpkin seeds, toast and Marmite.
Piece of filo cheese pie while out - very tasty!
Hoovered up leftovers for lunch: parma ham, a fritter of mashed swede and carrot mixed with grated cheddar, mushroom pate, crackers, half a pear, grapes.
A few little cracker-y things with green olive tapenade, when I was starting dinner.
Chicken tagine, couscous, cabbage.
Two black coffees, one cup of tea, a glass of white wine.

Breakfast: McDonald's sausage and egg
McMuffin meal - we arrived back home late last night after a long haul flight, no food in the house until our online shop arrived at lunchtime. McDonald's to the rescue.

Snack: Apple, packet of cheese and onion squares.

Dinner: Peri peri chicken, spicy vegetable rice, broccoli and cauliflower.

Snack: coffee, 3 shortbread biscuits.

So far today: skyr with blueberries and a sprinkling of granola
a bagel light with marmite

just got back form a run and feeling hungry to will probably have some soup and fruit.

It's quite a relief to be back to normal food.

Yoghurt with mixed berries, home made lentil and carrot soup and dinner will be salmon en croute with broad bean mash. Using up stuff in the overflow freezer after Christmas.

Lunch: Beans on toast

Dinner: Slim well meal with rice.

Also 2 cups of tea and a few pringles. Will probably have a hot chocolate before bed.

Stuffed! Period due tomorrow. Always eat way too much
