Weetabix with fruit and fibre and crunchy nut cornflakes on top with milk

Starbucks salted caramel roll. (I wanted the cinnamon one but they'd run out, probably because they are lovely)

Baked salmon, roasted cauliflower, peas and actifry chips with Curry sauce.

Couple of glasses of wine, lots of tyrrels salted crisps and a falafel.

Banana at 6 am then at 9.30 in work I had toast, hash browns and scrambled egg, then I had an egg mayo sandwich at around 4 and I've just eaten a chicken pasta bake ready meal so definitely not a healthy day! I'm only ever really starving when I'm working, any other day I'd just have a bowl of cereal and whatever I'm making the little one for his tea x
