Breakfast - Greek yoghurt with stewed apple and blackberry compote (thanks lovely MIL)

Packet of red leicester mini cheddars.

4 crackers with seriously strong cheese spread.

Slice of poppy seed loaf and butter, proscuitto cotto, slice of jarlsberg, pickled red cabbage, piccallili.

2 celebrations.

2 x tea, 1 x coffee with 1 sugar.

Dinner is going to be home made nut roast, tomato sauce, M&S parmentier potatoes, steamed tender stem broccoli.

Slow improvements today!
Porridge with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce in to use it up.
Lunch chicken noodle soup, crusty roll with just a little butter and an apple
Dinner, 2 wraps with fajita chicken and peppers a little sour cream and cheese.

Did eat 4 galaxy truffles though.

I’m having this week as an inbetween week to try and finish things up before really getting into healthy eating next week!

One piece of toast with salted butter and strawberry jam, loads of coffee with milk. A few squares dark chocolate.

Container of Waitrose Thai chicken soup

Two rye crisps with ham, mustard, and leerdammer cheese.

Spoonful of marmite peanut butter.

Black coffee with another square of dark chocolate

Jam and toast tea (i know, it's a gimmick) with milk and sugar

Pho, shared with my daughter (who ate most of the noodles).

Glass of red wine

Today, 2 slices of white bread toast with butter and marmalade. Large mug of coffee. And a glass of breakfast smoothie (raspberries, blueberries, oats, seeds, almond butter, natural yoghurt, apple juice).

Handful of mint imperials.

Pot of tea with:
Fried egg
Leftover mash potato fried with chunks of onion and white pudding
Leftover roast potatoes sliced and air fried

Plans for later are chicken breast with a jar of sauce and some pasta/rice (depending on sauce) and hopefully some veg thrown in
Possibly a slice of lemon panettone

So far
B: low fat greek yoghurt with blueberries and walnuts and a drizzle of honey, shot glass of carrot juice, coffee
L: stir fry veg and tofu with rice, tangerine, shot glass of that blue coloured innocent smoothie, cup of tea
Dinner will be carrot and ginger soup with crackers and cheese and salad.

B- 2 x black coffee, granola with berries and yoghurt
L- almond croissant with black coffee
S- black coffee with a few Jelly Babies
D- out with DD2 so no idea yet, but it will be Italian 😋

I have had water, I don’t live on black coffee 🤣

Yesterday:

Breakfast - bowl of Cheerios with natural yoghurt, one slice of Marmite on toast.

Lunch - can of vegetable soup and two slices of bread and butter. Packet of hula hoops.

Dinner - two thirds of a frozen pizza and three (very small) leftover roast potatoes. A French fancy and two miniature heroes.

Today so far:
Breakfast - two slices of marmite on toast

Lunch - the remaining third of the frozen pizza from last night, a packet of quavers and a slice of lemon cake.

Dinner - will be risotto I think.

I don’t snack between meals at all anymore and I only drink water and two or three cups of black tea a day.

Cup of Yorkshire toast and ham tea with milk and sugar

Tea : cottage pie with brocolli and green beans .

Snacks : the last of the shortbread .

Drinks : coffee and water

Five cups coffee. Two huge bowls of brocolli and stilton soup. Rump steak,fried egg,mushrooms and spinach. Trying to low carb/cut out potatoes,bread etc.
