Cheese and biscuits (I am a cheese fanatic and love this bit of Christmas when I have to eat up!)

Chicken and spinach curry with rice
Ice cream

And far too many chocolates/mince pies etc

-A whole packet of Cadbury Fingers (spread throughout the day)
-Peanut butter sandwich and energy bar on a walk
-Leftovers of yesterday's roast dinner
-A fried egg (so much egg today - my farts are going to be cruel...), a toasted ciabatta, and salad

A Lindt chocolate Santa and about 7 roses from the tin.
Crackers, a mini sausage roll, some cheese and hummus. Another bad day.

Small bowl of peanuts, some oat biscuits dipped in my cup of tea, two chocolates from my milk tray box, some mozzarella sticks. Clearly still on Christmas food here!

Egg, smoked salmon and tomato for breakfast. Cheerios mid morning snack. Leftover Chinese for lunch. Chicken and baked potato for dinner. Christmas cake. Diet starts January 1!

A croissant with raspberry jam for breakfast, bowl of cornflakes for lunch and tagliatelle with olives, mushrooms and tomato sauce... and some crusty bread. Endless cups of tea throughout the day and a cheeky glass of wine this evening Smile

I have had far too much food today.
Porridge
3-4cups of coffee
2 apple turnovers
4 satsumas
Homemade cookie
At least 3 cups of tea
Homemade spice bag - onions, crispy chicken, wedges, fresh chilli all fried up with kind of curry chilli spice mix. It was so good. Dc leftover veg.
1 Chocolate truffle
Small piece of gingerbread house
A glass of wine

B- black coffee x2 and an English muffin toasted with clementine curd
L -didn’t happen
S- black coffee with an almond croissant, we were out.
Tea and cake when we got home
D- pasta with salmon, bacon and broccoli followed by a handful of Haribo while sorting laundry

Mash peas and gravy 6pm

Then mash peas and gravy 9pm

Hardly eaten all week as I've had some flu cold thing

Going on a diet in the new year and need to eat up all the fresh and Christmas food. Didn't realise it was as bad as it was until I wrote it down.

Still far too much Christmas food with some getting back to normal food thrown in:

Breakfast - porridge with blueberries, banana, pumpkin seeds and honey
Mid-morning - slice of stollen with coffee
Lunch - toasted pitta with pate, cranberry sauce and cucumber. Gingerbread biscuit
Dinner - tuna Kokoro bowl (from the Wagamama cook book), mince pie and 2 soft amaretto biscuits. Large baileys
I'm sure there have been a couple of random chocolates too.

Breakfast-Porridge with raspberries. Strong big coffee

Lunch- wrap with 2 Quorn slices and some Philadelphia (lite), 3 rice cakes, small bag of lentil crisps. Water.

Pre-training- Belvita oat bar, mini chocolate roll. Berocca in pint of water

Training- 75km hard bike ride (2 Large bottles of water) (2.5 hours of constant riding)

Post training- Nut bar, handful of raspberries, cup of tea (one sugar)

Dinner- haddock and potato chowder (large bowl), chunk of cheese, some mango.
De-caf coffee.

Lunch: Bacon sandwich & tea (leftover bacon needed eating up Blush)
Snack: mini mince pie & cuppa tea
Dinner: oven baked salmon, new potatoes, salad with melon and pineapple; glass of red
Pre bed snack: cuppa & gf mini shortbread biscuits x 5, oops.
