I have a degree in English literature but I bloody love those cheesey Christmas books that you can buy at supermarkets.

Love cheesy Christmas movies also.

(I'm also Jewish, but my Christmas love is real. DH takes the piss bigtime) It might be because I did not celebrate christmas at all until I met DH. What a wonderful festival! Bloody loved going to Lapland to see Santa as well.

We had our wedding on a budget though so I missed out on the classic dress shopping experience and loads of other classic wedding experiences that I would have liked to have had (cake tasting/checking out wedding bands etc). Likewise, the engagement ring was silver and wood....which was kooky but not quite in the dream engagement territory!

Renew your vows!! My friend did after getting married at 17... ten years later they had a lovely huge vow renewal (second wedding) that they could never have afforded!

Oh I forgot on days when I’m home alone I’ve been watching Sabrina The Teenage Witch, Charmed and Buffy on 4music. I do not regret these 3 hours of my life. I normally only get to do this once every week or 2nd week.
I randomly google Angelina Jolie to see what she’s up to every few months or so. I once bought an Angelina Jolie calendar (about 10 years ago).

Definitely Jilly Cooper - when I'm under the weather I only want to read the short 'women's name' ones, despite the horrifying sexual politics. Emily and Bella are my favourites.

I love Coldplay and I'm not even sorry.

I am weirdly fascinated with Project Runway and get weirdly overinvested in it each season.

Happy to chat and share some writing resources: the “middle of the book” slump is absolutely a thing but you just have to power through, there are techniques! And ways to identify why you’re hitting the slump at that point.

I have never admitted this before but I make fridge door canapes. Basically bite size bits of whatever readily edible things in the fridge whenever I open the door. Yesterday it was roast potatoes with hoisin sauce and stuffing, mostly. Must be eaten in secret because if the dog and child see, they'll want some too.

I love Aqua! Huge crush on the bald man when I was a teen.

My guilty pleasure is those soapy dramas set in schools. Waterloo Road. Ackley Bridge.

Also love children's SF and fantasy books.

We certainly are tv sole mates , no fighting over what to watch , I could of wrote this paragraph !
Reality tv isn't for me but like a pp I don't look down on anyone who does love it, each to their own for sure. Me I'm a sucker for pretty much anything time travel or supernatural related among my favourite shows that I've watched like a million times are charmed (original of course not even seen beyond the crappy trailers for new one), quantum leap and one some may not be aware of or not have watched - timeless!
I have not seen Timeless so I will have a look for that this evening

Another one for real housewives - the Erika Jayne and Jen Shah scandals are taking far too much of my time

I have a YouTube playlist of cheesy ballads that I put on when the kids are in bed on a Friday night so I can sing along with my glass of wine.

I also love Cheaters and Catfish.
