We are having pizza and strictly night. I've made pizza dough and everyone can add their own toppings to suit (all prepped and ready). I'm currently enjoying a quiet glass of wine, DD 16 is due home soon, DH is pottering about and ds 14 with ASD is watching Ice Age for the 1 millionth time.
We will probably watch a movie after strictly - ds won't join us for long but he never does!
The curtains are drawn and I can hear the rain outside but I feel happy and cosy!
How about your house?

DH is cooking. DCs are on gadgets but they've done other stuff today- clubs, a walk, baking so I'm allowing it. Not drinking tonight, or yesterday but will have an orange juice. Rock and roll

I’m lying on the couch eating after eights watching Jojo Rabbit. It’s stopped raining here thankfully. I need to take the dogs out soon and no doubt the rain will come hounding down as soon as I step out the door!

DD5 had a very disturbed nights sleep due to fireworks going off till gone midnight, so she’s already had dinner and a bath. DD10 is reading The Lorax to her, they’re both giggling like mad.

DD14 is my bedroom with me, we’re watching Final Space.

Kids are eating pizza and watching Despicable Me 2 and we’re going to have a curry later.

We’re test driving our new log burner so getting cosy!

We're having cheese and biscuits for tea, followed by Strictly. I have some Baileys and some snacks for Strictly and then will probably have an early night because I've got yet another cold/cough and haven't slept well for the last few nights.

I really want some after eights! Second time today they have been mentioned somewhere.

Right now on sofa covered in a blanket and a giant dog watching a Christmas film with a candle on feeling rather chilly but going out at 7 for dinner for belated birthday celebration. Today has been doing errands, relaxing and endless washing.

DD is practicing her GCSE food & nutrition exam meal, so we are having 2 courses in a few minutes, it smells lovely! I have just finished cleaning out the guinea pig hutch. DH has been making the car ready for winter.

We’ll all watch Strictly later. And then probably a DD friendly (she is a very young 15) movie before bed. I might do some mulled wine….

I’m watching the end of James Bond and faffing about on here.

DH finishes work at 6, so he’ll come home, cook dinner and we’ll probably just have a lazy evening watching tv and making lists of stuff we need for our holiday.

We’ve just been out to B&Q to pick up some wood and a tin of paint for a chest of drawers that we’re refurbishing. We found a pot of F&B eggshell paint vastly reduced, yay!

Now we’re home and I’m getting started on dinner prep (spiced roasted pumpkin, curried fried aubergine, dal tadka, naan and rice) whilst DH is working on a project on our staircase.

Later we will have a glass of something nice to drink and snuggle up in bed to watch a film.

It's dh's birthday, so we are waiting for Chinese. We will then have birthday cake and watch a film of dh choosing (probably Star Wars). The youngest kids will end up going to bed, as they can't sit still for long. The teenagers will either watch the film or hide in their bedrooms lol.

We were going to a free child-friendly bonfire and fireworks display and get food there but DD3 fell asleep on the way so now I’m nap trapped AND have found headlice on her. So I’m picking out live lice with my fingers while constantly refreshing MN for something juicy, and mourning my lost opportunity for a hot dog and candyfloss and going “ooooh” at some unspectacular fireworks.

Sitting with a blanket scrolling the channels and waiting on an Indian takeaway. The cat is staring at me in hope that it'll be fish and chips so she can have some. She can always tell when we're waiting on a takeaway somehow 😂😂

On the sofa with a throw and a dog on my feet. We've got little warm table lights on,and an electric fire fakey log burner. Been knitting myself a jumper in a pretty "autumn"shades chunky weight yarn.

Pizza for dinner, then I want to watch "The Heist" (The Maiden Heist) with DH - I'm 13mins into it and I think he'd like it so I'll wait.
It's on Prime, if anyone cares, with Christopher Walken, Morgan Freeman & William H Macy.

Soup, with tiger bread and butter then Strictly with the fire on. Kids to bed after then a bit more of ‘What we do in the shadows’ new series. Hurrah!

Hot dogs with New York onions that I’ve been cooking for 2 hours. Some fireworks. Rylan on the radio and some rugby on the tv (dh).

I'm doing a bit of tidying up and watching the first series of The Crown. DD has a friend over, when DS gets back we are all going out for pizza. I've spent the afternoon napping after a really busy week at work.

We're off to the local fireworks display tonight. It has a funfair, a light trail, a live music stage and a street food market. We're going to eat there and get some hot doughnuts. Then afterwards home for hot chocolate and sparklers in the garden.

Bedtime for DD in an hour, after that a Chinese takeaway for DH and I. Find some crap to watch. Probably an early night as neither of us slept well last night. Rock & roll.

We’ve made jammy dodgers and are testing after our trip to UK, which was jam packed!

I've been nursing a hangover from hell most of the day following my night out last night! Too many cocktails and I'm now suffering. Relaxing on the sofa rewatching Shameless.. I forgot how funny it was 😅

DH at the shops, when he's back he's going to make Spanish food for dinner (tortilla, roasted red peppers, salad, cheese). Yum.
