I'm surprised there are no threads on this, there were loads about ant mcpartlin.

I have no sympathy for drink/drug driving but it's so sad the way her life has turned out. I hope she can sort herself out.

OP posts:
Bedsheets4knickers · 30/09/2021 18:18

I thought their would be more threads about this but the fact I had to search for one is very telling .
People have had enough and it's as simple as that . Just bored of the whole sorry state of her . This latest episode is so disgustingly awful I doubt she'll make any sort of big come back .
For the people saying why don't they just give her a life time driving ban 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️.
She was already on a driving ban she doesn't care .

whatsthestory123 · 30/09/2021 18:25

the dad's are the resident parent
she is not a single parent in the true sense
she is a terrible mother to all her children

whatsthestory123 · 30/09/2021 19:32

gosh even her solicitor was done for drink diving in 2016

SofiaMichelle · 01/10/2021 00:00

I hope to fuck she goes to prison. She's a disgrace and could have easily killed someone many times over.

Unbelievable that people are saying "awww, I hope she doesn't go to prison."

If it was some lad from a council estate committing these offences you'd be baying for blood and absolutely livid if they weren't jailed.

Shameful.

Laaaaa · 01/10/2021 00:24

I just hope and pray the outcome isn't like Caroline Flack the thought of prison must be soul destroying

paisley256 · 01/10/2021 00:47

I want to feel sorry for her but i just can't. Her actions could've killed someone. I sincerely hope she can get to the root of her problems, there's no doubt she's extremely troubled. For her kids sake I hope she can overcome her demons and If that mean a prison sentence then so be it.

BabyBearRus · 01/10/2021 01:45

I have to say that while I am not a fan of Katie Price I do sympathise with the way her life is played out in public. Yes, I know that is what she kinda desires but even so it must be awful when you have no control of how your life is relayed to the public. She obviously has addiction issues and clearly needs help. I hope that she gets the help she needs. And thereafter is able to face whatsoever the law decrees.

Lemonlady22 · 01/10/2021 04:08

I don't feel sorry for her at all. Her family say she is lucky to be alive, but what about others on the road, pedestrians etc, she lucky she didn't kill anyone else. She's a disgrace, using her bankruptcy as an excuse, she's got money for her multiple surgery's, holidays and even cocaine it seems. No one else would get away with all her excuses. Now she's admitted herself to the Priory to hide away and try to get pity and get away with it again. For all her problems that she's caused herself, she's an embarrassment.

Lollyneenah · 01/10/2021 08:58

I think she's a very sick woman, and as someone raised by someone who was a priory patient, I do think there are an awful lot of people making a great living off the back of her slow motion suicide.

All these men, 'friends', legal advisors etc. The whole thing is a revolting shit show

3luckystars · 01/10/2021 13:40

I think you are right.

TheDuchessOfMN · 01/10/2021 13:41

Yes, and that should include the surgeons who continue to operate on her.

Nomorescreentime · 01/10/2021 14:20

I'm astounded that someone can get banned from driving SIX times and not change their behaviour!

If she lived near me and my children I'd be livid if she isn't punished for this. Because she will clearly continue to do it and will end up killing some innocent people. Hopefully not her own poor children. I'm amazed she hasn't already hurt or killed somebody.

The number and severity of her driving offences is abhorrent.

iklboo · 01/10/2021 14:49

the thought of prison must be soul destroying

Then she shouldn't have gone out driving while pissed & coked up should she? Especially as she's been banned six times before. No excuses.

TonyThreePies · 01/10/2021 16:33

I see her ex Kieron has crawled out of the woodwork and has the audacity to say that she doesn't know who to trust - after he cheated on her with her best friend! I would say you have been part of the problem mate.

Ottolenghilover · 01/10/2021 17:03

@BalladOfBarryAndFreda

She’s very damaged individual living out her spiralling addiction and mental health issues in the public eye. She may well court the attention but that doesn’t make it ethical.
Well said

It makes me wonder what the point is of banning someone from driving? Perhaps I’m naive but I assumed that if you got banned, and then got caught on the road, you’d get a much more severe sentence. Like a short jail sentence. Im amazed that you just get an extension of your ban. Does she even care at this point?
Autumngoldleaf · 01/10/2021 18:46

I'm not that interested in her as a person, or what she has to say generally however she is unavoidable really...

But.. I have huge massive respect to her for how she has cared for Harvey and defended him as a single parent with a totally feckless dad there.

But I'm still shocked cocaine use passed me by how can her body cope with endless surgery, heavy drugs and then Coke on top?

SofiaMichelle · 01/10/2021 19:57

She absolutely must be jailed, for a good spell too.

She's shown total disregard for the law, the courts and everyone else on the roads, as well as more vulnerable people like pedestrians.

She needs years behind bars but I'll bet anything she doesn't get that.

VeryLittleOwl · 01/10/2021 21:06

I think it really should be a custodial sentence this time - she's proved time and time again that banning her doesn't work. I mean, this is her list of driving offences:

October 2003 - gets off a speeding charge on a technicality, caught doing 70mph in a 40mph zone.

June 2008 - 3 points and £200 fine for talking on mobile phone while driving

January 2009 - gets off another speeding charge on a technicality after speeding in a 30mph zone and not providing identity of the driver to police

July 2010 - 4 points and £250 fine for speeding at 99mph.

September 2010 - 3 points and £1,000 fine for failure to be in control of her horsebox.

December 2010 - 3 points and £1,000 fine for doing 83mph in a 70mph. This took her over 12 points and gave her an automatic 6-month ban.

August 2012 - Failed to respond to two speeding tickets. Given 6 points and £400 fine for the tickets and banned again for 12 months.

July 2015 - 3 points and £700 fine for failing to stop at a red light.

February 2018 - £750 fine and 6 month ban for doing 60mph in a 50mph zone.

July 2018 - photographed behind the wheel of a car with her two youngest children in the back. Police investigate, she claimed to be unaware she didn't get her licence back until August.

October 2018 - arrested on suspicion of drink-driving whilst out with Kris Boyson for his 30th birthday.

January 2019 - caught driving whilst disqualified, £1,000 fine and a further 3-month ban.

February 2019 - convicted of being drunk in charge of her vehicle and banned for 3 months.

October 2019 - £440 fine and ban for witholding name of driver, she appeals and the ban is reduced to 18 months in December 2019. Previous bans still running means she's not due to get her licence back until December 2021.

September 2021 - arrested and charged for driving under the influence, without insurance and while disqualified.

OrangeJuiceAndNoodles · 01/10/2021 21:21

Jesus Christ @VeryLittleOwl that's a list and a half. Clearly the 'bans' are no deterrent. She needs to go to jail this time.

I don't care about whether she needs 'help' or not, she needs to be punished.

martingrowler · 01/10/2021 21:38

Jeez that list! It's amazing she's never hurt anyone

Wow. Shocking that she was not sent to prison before now. She's a risk
DaphneDeloresMoorhead · 01/10/2021 22:13

@TinySongstress

I'll be pretty bloody annoyed if she doesn't get a custodial sentence for this. Sure her defence have rushed her into rehab quickly to minimise the damage but i'd fully expect joe public who had been banned from driving SIX TIMES, who then went out in a massive drink & drugs bender WHILE BANNED and rolled a car to serve time for it. Perhaps a spell away from the limelight might do her good.

People bash on about what a good mother she is. Is she though? Are these the actions (persistent and reoccurring) the actions of a 'good mother'? Really?

If she lived in a housing association property or a "rough" area you can bet your bottom dollar she wouldn't be considered a good mum. She certainly would be given chance after chance to clean up her act. Her fame has allowed her to get away with a lifestyle that would have other families under social services scrutiny
