Melted cheese..lots of it and a big side of homemade coleslaw

Lots of homemade coleslaw going on here....any good recipes?

We had jackets tonight! Tuna Mayo with sweetcorn in topped with cheese and sweet chilli sauce. As we didn't have baked beans, I found a pack of sausage and bacon casserole sans sausages in the freezer which we had on it as well with grated cheese.

Prawns or cheese.

Mayonnaise, tinned “mixed bean salad” and cheese on top

Tuna mayo with chopped cucumber, red onions and sweetcorn mixed in

Leftover chilli and sour cream

Homemade coleslaw with radishes in!

Chilli con carne or if I'm being filthy... baked beans topped with salad cream.

Jacket pot, lots of butter or lurpak. A couple of turns of the salt grinder. Baked beans with grated mature cheddar on top.

A pile of salad leaves and some cut of pepper and cucumber with a massive spoonful of Waitrose deli style coleslaw….

I used to work in Spudulike so obviously am a "professional" 😂😂

Crispy skin jacket, butter and salt mashed in, egg mayo (egg must be diced small with full fat mayo) and grated cheddar.

I never would have believed it if I hadn't if tried it!

Also beef chilli and cottage cheese is a good shout 😊

Chilli con carne and sour cream topped with a pile of fresh chopped coriander.

Butter, black pepper and salt.

Scoop out, mash with butter & egg yolk. Mix in chopped chorizo, chopped jarred peppers, cracked salt & pepper, lots of strong cheddar & mix well. Pile back into the potato shells, fluff top with a fork and put under grill for a few minutes until cheese melted & crispy on top.

Creamed corn, cheese and tons of black pepper.

It’s a faff but, scoop out insides of the baked potato, mix with chopped fried bacon and grated cheese, scoop back into the potato skins, grated cheese on top, under the grill until the top cheese melts.

Ooohhh creamed corn. Tried to find some at the supermarket the other day and they didn’t have it, was fearful it wasn’t a thing any more!

Years ago there was a baked potato van that did the most amazing potatoes…. Big blog of garlic butter with a mountain of mature cheddar. Tasted amazing! Best jackets I’ve ever tasted
