I actually think PA is protected by the media and the family because if you look too closely at him you have to look at his finances and ultimately the finances of all of the RF.

As much as the family is self interested and very much focussed on optics I do not think they are entirely stupid. The primary focus of the RF is to preserve their financial privileges and status quo. Therefore protecting PA must serve this basic need.

The media should be keeping the monarchy honest instead this behaviour runs rampant and critics are gaslit.

The media doesn’t exist to keep anyone honest, particularly the DM end of it. We’ve got the media we deserve.

Thanks for the link @Roussette. Are we really desperate enough to invoke a monarch who’s been dead for 580 years?! I know judging history by current standards has become fashionable but that’s really scraping the barrel!

But the longer all this goes on like this, the more obvious it becomes. People aren't stupid and I see comment after comment elsewhere from here and the US on how manipulative our Press is and many questions as to why #Prince Andrew isn't trending.

Like him or loathe him... Harry hit the nail on the head with his analysis of how the symbiotic relationship between the RF and media works in the interview. Oh, how right he was. And it becomes more and more obvious, the longer there is silence on PA, the more unanswered questions there are, the more diversionary tactics used to cover up anything the likes of PA has done or is doing, or anything even remotely unpalatable involving the RF.

I've always loathed those jumped up bags of wind that are royal reporters, sycophantic idiots who feed us all this crap. My dislike was topped off when four of them gave a review of the OW interview before it was aired. It was a spoof and showed them up for what they are, liars who are in bed with the RF.

The media doesn't need to keep anyone in particular honest. However the media goes further for the RF - they cover for them and justify their behaviour or refuse to report it at all.

And in 2015 she set up a non profit org called Victims Refuse Silence, it focusses on sex trafficking, and she started it up.

Writing her off like you have is wrong. And saying 'there are other things in the world' is irrelevant. My heart aches for those in Afghanistan, I am following it closely, but this is seperate and can be discussed alongside the 'the other things in the world'.

i have read about the case , it doesnt make me believe her story , i dont believe she was a miserable terrified ,sex slave trapped and imprisoned , unable to call for help or get out somehow .

Prince Andrew gets noticed because of who he is.

What about the other 150? Were they in it for the money? Those that got payouts?

What about the woman who has given an account of what happened to her when she was 14? Is she in it for the money?

i never said i was concerned he was , just that its a fact he is , yet the other men shes said she was forced to sleep with havent been featured nearly as much , and she hasnt mentioned them nearly as much , , i dont think rochdale is comparable to virginia giuffre and prince andrew somehow

The victim blaming while disgusting is in line with the media narrative. Camilla Tominey called Virginia a prostitute and being "on the game" in headlines in December 2020 in the Telegraph.

I'm going to assume you don't have a well thought out analysis of the many examples of kidnapping/trafficking where victims are clearly not trapped. As you've already resorted to name calling whilst demonstrating your own continued ignorance I have zero expectations of any informed response from you
