Haven’t had an engagement ring thread for a while.Mine is a diamond solitaire.Afraid I don’t know how to post a photo.

Luckily you don't need to be computer literate to have an engagement ring.

The last jewellery thread I read, Tiffany was getting a right roasting for being overpriced and tacky.
I love mine though. It's the only "luxury" item I own and the one I've always wanted

Mine is inherited. It was originally my grandmother’s. DH just paid to get it adjusted so that it would fit me. I love it - I don’t think I’ve ever seen another one with 4 diamonds (although 3 diamonds is reasonably commonplace)

Mine (replaced on my 50th birthday), aquamarine in yellow gold. Love it.

Mine is 5 diamonds diagonally across a rose gold band with 2 amethysts either side.
DH got it from a wholesale jewellers and I love it. Never seen anything similar in any jewellery shops in the 20 years I’ve had it.

My ring is a square diamond in a simple rose gold band. It was made to 'sit' properly with my wedding ring which is 22ct rose gold and originally belonged to my grandmother.

Mine is big - got skinny fingers too - very good ethically sourced, top quality Solitaire; well over 2 carats; I love it - had to barter down valuation because insurance was insane. Bugger all people comment on it - so least won’t get mugged!

Recently bought myself diamond Bracelet and Earrings - because I thought, wtf? What’s wrong in spending MY money on things I like.
