basically once you are done training/exercising/eating etc you put them in their crate for a bit and it totally gets them to calm and nap, and is a good routine for them to get into for life really....which then means no crazy overtired behaviors!

What's something you do every day to improve your mental health?

If I'm honest, I love looking any myself naked

I embarked on a new exercise regime last year which has changed my body hugely. I have never been so confident in myself or so happy with how my body looks. Spending a few seconds having a good old look at it every day does wonders.

I go for the tightly wrapped towel on the kitchen counter and basically squashing them still by leaning on them. It ain't pretty but I'm just as bloody mined as they are, and I do it with confidence, aiming to get it done in one, as quickly as possible so it's the least stressful for us both.

Once it's done I spoil them with tuna/cheese/salmon to avoid getting the cold shoulder and so they forget all about it
