Once you have the bones of an email you can just tweak it here and there but even sending one a week is worthwhile because we need to be able to make better choices than the ones available.

She doesn't sound lovely at all - she's not replying to your calls / emails, she's not sending things to the bank in a timely manner, and she's now phoning you sounding "pissed off"?

Sounds like the mortgage is nearly over the line so I would leave it be but definitely wouldn't use her again.

reskiming, just fill the holes with either easifill or the gyproc stuff they use to fill plasterboard joints on dry lining ( can’t remember the name ). Get a screwdriver and screw the screws in a bit deeper before you fill over them, it will make the hole a bit deeper and give the filler better adhesion.

This sounds like breeding behaviour for this time of year and will go away by itself in a few weeks. If there are plenty of plants they can hide if truely distressed though. You could get a few more to spread out the harassment and they do like living in groups anyway
