Glitter Bomb?

Someone sent DP a glitter / tiny penis confetti to work. He opened it at work and was covered in tiny penis confetti and glitter. It was all over him, his desk and floor. He opened it in his office and was embarrassed but is now fuming. He's contacted the company that sent it - to try and find out who sent it to him. Their email bounces back and they don't pick up the phone.

I'm wondering if this counts as criminal damage or harassment and he should report it to the police.

If you let us know which area you're in, hopefully we can suggest suitable lawyers to represent you in court, and perhaps also the name of a good psychologist to work through this trauma.

I imagine it causes animals to dig up your grass once the sausages thaw. Or just makes an awful smell. They push in easily because they're frozen but I've they've thawed you can't get them out the same way.
