Glitter Bomb?

Someone sent DP a glitter / tiny penis confetti to work. He opened it at work and was covered in tiny penis confetti and glitter. It was all over him, his desk and floor. He opened it in his office and was embarrassed but is now fuming. He's contacted the company that sent it - to try and find out who sent it to him. Their email bounces back and they don't pick up the phone.

I'm wondering if this counts as criminal damage or harassment and he should report it to the police.

I sent one of those to my boss
He started it by emptying a hole punch in my desk drawers at work, then over my keyboard
He was so excited "POST! At work!" And then got drowned in glitter

"Glitter is impossible to clean up so in theory it caused damage"

A tube of glitter poured into a folded sheet of A4 in an envelope would do a very similar job for much less money. Send through Royal Mail with a printed envelope- truly untraceable.

I 100% think you should report it to the police.

Make sure and tell them how many glittery dicks there were, and the fact your dh was covered in cocks.
