Glitter Bomb?

Someone sent DP a glitter / tiny penis confetti to work. He opened it at work and was covered in tiny penis confetti and glitter. It was all over him, his desk and floor. He opened it in his office and was embarrassed but is now fuming. He's contacted the company that sent it - to try and find out who sent it to him. Their email bounces back and they don't pick up the phone.

I'm wondering if this counts as criminal damage or harassment and he should report it to the police.

Basically if I saw this happen to a colleague if they were incandescently angry & wanted to call the police then didn’t come in to work & also sulked like a toddler I’d assume ‘yep, tiny penis’.

If they had any other reaction - from finding it funny to shrugging it off as a waste of money to a waste of time I’d assume no issues in the penis department.

Basically his reaction screams ‘tiny penis’ & it won’t be forgotten for a long time...

His reaction is the amusing bit. Maybe the sender knew what kind of reaction it would get.

One of his colleagues was hinting he’s a dickhead, has he pissed someone off with his general sulking in the past? Did he steal someones penis beaker?

Now that he’s pegged as the humourless office sulker the glitter (/shit) is really going to hit the fan!

Even if his ex sent the first one, his colleagues will have noted his reaction to it (and it probably isn't the first time he's over reacted to something). Now he'll be first in line for sellotaping stationary to his desk, hiding his coffee/lunch and more.
